You can see most of the Jem episodes on You Tube. Don't ask me how I know this.

Yeah, I totally remember the good old days when I would literally have to read through 5 pages just to catch up if I was gone for a few hours. Ahhh, the memories. Good time, good times.

ROFL! I've been seriously contemplating it. The only thing stopping me is... well.... it's all I've had to eat today! So the belly's protesting a lil, getting kinda queasy. And to think, I used to live like this everyday??!!!! Unbelievable.

Yeah, I hear ya. I am soooooo tired and out of sorts today. I know the only way I'll feel better is to get the carbs/sugar out of my system. But damn, I want fast food for lunch.

OK, so how long are the walk away the pounds dvd's? Say, the 1 mile one. How long does it take start to finish? I'm trying to plan a good time to fit in exercise consistently.

Yeah, it's gotta be 15. Or somewhere between 15 and 20 minutes. I don't have the case to my DVD to check the run time. Let me see if it says it on the actual DVD.

OMG.... does that include a warm up and a cool down, or are the warm up and cool down in addition to the 1 mile, or....????

Ok, my DVD has the one and two mile workouts on there together and the total run time is 57 minutes, so I guess it's more like a 18 minute mile.

Well, that's better. I usually walk on average a 17 minute mile. I got short legs, y'all! If I'm not reading while I'm walking, I can do maybe 16 minutes.

Just kidding.

Got gas at Costco, then went in and purchased a roast to cook up for lunches, etc. and some avocados.

Then... Riot, you'll be SO proud... I got an iced coffee, sf syrup & heavy cream, and a mixed salad to go with my leftover pork & mayo. NO fast food, no junk.

OMG, me too. I'm lucky to get 19 minutes to a mile, walking as fast as I can. It's so embarrassing.

Just wanted to post that I just got back from Marshalls and found 6 SF syrups the 25oz bottles. The most expensive was $5.99, one was even on clearance. Cant wait to try them. Now I just have to find a way to use them aside from coffee.
