Hey everyone! Did well yesterday only had a cup of WW pasta but everything else was legal. SF cheesecake I made was really good and satisfied my sweet tooth. I made a blueberry sauce for it as well.
Really looking to get back on track and see some weight loss this week.

snix- i am so excited for you. i know you will have so much fun with it. i love going camping with the kids. looking forward to it this year a lot. i love camp fires and no tv and no video games.

zraik - I hate it when that happens too!!! A few weeks ago I ate WAY too much food on the weekend and ended up weighing the same as the week before. That's always so frustrating when you do so well most of the week. Even though I ate foods that were OP, I still ate too much of them (cheese, meat, etc) and should have looked more at the sodium content. Don't worry though, it will come off quickly if you keep the water intake high. That's what I did and it was back off in less than a couple of days. Water weight sucks lol!!!

That must have been some brunch she had yesterday.... she must still be sleeping it off!!

Belle, Davinic's makes an almond flavor. Not toasted almond, but I have to wonder if there's much of a difference?

Vanilla is a standby, I always have that. I also like blueberry, cherry, raspberry.... well, they're all yummy!

Hey guys!

I'm up 2 pounds but I expected it after my marathon brunch session yesterday. Oh well, at least all the holidays are out of the way now so no more cheats until vacation. I'm totally feeling the effects of all those carbs though. This morning when the alarm went off I could barely roll out of bed to get DD ready for school. This is why carbs are evil!

Hey Belle, i also have vanilla, raspberry and Kahula, (sp) Haven't used the Kahlua one yet, i smelled the bottle and am not quite sure aobut it. I love the raspberry in the mini cheese cakes! and i have made an oopsie cake w/it also which was really good.

ziriak, that is why i am not claiming this mornings weight and weighed in yesterday morning b4 the damage! It don't count number one cuz it aint staying, number two it was mother's day for crypes sakes and number 3 cuz i said so.

Do you guys count any carbs when you use the syrup? I know you count one carb per packet of splenda even though it doesn't say one carb on the box so I wasn't sure what you counted for the syrup.

I just want to say, Belle- it's sometimes better to order online. I know you're not really wanting to do that, but the selection at Walmart is extremely limited. Plus, around here I pay almost $5 for a 12 oz. bottle. Netrtion has a 25 oz bottle for like $7.50, I think. I don't count any carbs for them, I think there's like 2 carbs or something in the whole bottle!

I've found Davinci's at TJ Maxx. I also have the Torani syrups (SF) from Cost Plus World Market. I think I like the Davincis better, but it's harder for me to find ( I don't shop at Wal-Mart, ever -- can't stand their business practices ). I haven't tried online yet. It's easier to cough up $5 or $7 to have one in hand, rather than $70 to get a whole bunch.
