I've actually gotten a lot accomplished today. I had plans to do a lot more tonight, but as the day goes on, I'm seeing it becoming less and less likely. I walked 1.5 miles, and am planning to do another 0.5 later on. I have a big section of a wall taped and ready to be painted..... I'm getting so tired though! DS will be home from school in a few, and then round 2 starts, with homework, dinner, baths...... I seriously don't know how I managed when I worked outside the home. I don't have near enough time for everything as it is!

I don't really get the "induction flu" or whatever when I eat off plan. Which is a good thing, LOL. Usually the only thing I notice is that I am hungry for the first day or two back on plan.

Snix, please come train me & my DH, cause it's all I can do to get him to sweep and mop every morning. In the 8 years we've been together, I've seen him clean the toilet once. And that was only cause I was pregnant and moody and started crying.

Hi Hellsbells,We live in Eastern Chatham county,It is called Chapel hill.more like pittsboro.We are new to the are but really like it,Lots of our neighbors are big fans too.By the way....up1/2lb after some l/c dreamfields.But it could be worse.Good luck everyone.Rena

My hubs does his own laundry too! A few years back i had had it, a total melt down that scared the patooey outta him. I said "I'm done. I am no longer a maid to you." I quit doing things for him, having supper ready and warm when he got home, cleaning up his dirty crap off the hallway floor and vaccuming the rug every night cuz he had sand all over it from his boots and clothes. His pile of clothes on the bath room floor sat there, i didn't do his shopping for his lunch pail and I quit doing his laundry, it took him a week before he asked when he was gonna get clean clothes. I said you will get them when you wash them. He kinda looked at me funny and let it go a few more days till he finally asked how to wash them. He has done them ever since. He also asked if i would please start buying his lunch items again and i said no, not till things change and you do your part of this marriage and family and house. Since then things changed and he now takes on some of the cleaning during the week and has cleaned up after himself ever since. But i will admit i have to remind him everyonce in awhile that he is slacking!

Maybe I should try this? Naw, it'd never work and he damn well knows it. I can't stand a mess, and I'd give in after a day and clean everything up.

I was out shopping and came upon Hersheys' Caramel Mini Bars SF. I bought them. I just hope that 1 mini bar a day won't cause me cravings and such. I've been so good that I though these would be okay...

a little late chking in (later than normal for me 1p, but realllyyyy late for you guys, Im assuming most of you are in the south or east coast?? ) I'm in Cali and I work nights sooo my schedule will always be a little wacker than yours

Anywhoooo,

I've been cramping all morning and although I am very hungry everything I think of to eat makes me feel sick....

So I've barely been able to force down a couple slices of turkey breast cold cuts uughhh... eggs sound disgusting right now but Im soooo hungry and who knows whats for dinner I wish I had a big ol' steak, have to wait til payday (thurs)

prob eat tuna and cheese blocks the rest of the day......


uugghhhh I hate TOM

and since I know the scale won't budge I wont even bother getting on all week, but hopefully I'll have a big whoosh this weekend

usually this TOM i get cravings for everything bad, but it hasnt happened, thankfully (yet, but its still only day 1) just noooo appeal to eat, yet hungry, very strange

I'm in the midwest, so 2 hours ahead of you. Where in CA are you? I'm from Northern CA, before I moved here.

It's Indigo... dark blue/purple.

And RED is for invisible mode. I changed mine and sure enough, my dot turned red (to me only). Others just see you as offline.

FF, yours is the blue offline. It only shows red to you when you're invisible. Everyone else sees blue offline. Stop being a lurkey freak and get outta invisibility.

Central, which is nice, not too from anything, but I won't see any celebs walking down my street

Dont hate me BUT...... I have not jumped on the In&Out band wagon, I've tried it on and off this plan and it does nothing for me.... I know, I know, I get it from people all the time (my husband included) that its just not possible, their burgers are OK, won't touch the fries, its just sorta "eehhh"



i wish i had some motivation (besides hunger) to make me some tuna muffins or rev rolls............... i really wish they'd just magically appear

I don't like the fries, but totally miss the double-double protein style (lettuce wrap, no bun). When I lived in Morgan Hill, I'd drive to Gilroy to get one. Last time I visited, they'd put an In-N-Out *in* Morgan Hill, not far from where I used to work. Good thing I moved, or I'd be on the double-double diet.
