I feel pretty good today. Two days on plan and I feel strong. Tomorrow is going to be a long day. DH has his deposition for his case tomorrow. He's really nervous about it. I can't wait until it's over!!! So I'm off from work tonight and I'm going to sleep like a human being!!! Yeah!! |

Good morning all,
Do you ever wake up in the morning and feel super swollen? maybe one to many diet Pepsi's? Well, that's me today. even though i dropped a pound last night, my fingers and toes look like little sausages. so.......with that said my goal today is to drink only water. i just really hate it so much. water and i just don't get along. we are not good friends. i despise him and he tastes like yuck to me for hating him. any one want to hop on my water train with me today, please do. My goal is to drink 70oz. oh God, did i say 70 oz. I did. L: Baked chix and broccoli D: Taco Salad. S: celery with pb have a good day, ladies drink your waters

oh zraik, me too! I hate water. Plain water...
Have you tried using like Crystal Light (it does have carbs, though) or Water Sensations (no carbs) or even do you like tea? I'm over the Crystal Light, I wanted to eat those 4 carbs a day instead of drinking them, and I did Water Sensations for months, but now I just brew a big gallon of tea every morning and sweeten it with a little liquid splenda. I drink the whole darn thing every day, too. ![]() |

Zraik & Riot I'm with you on the water! I've been drinking a gallon of water and added a gallon of tea a day. I just rotate them....helps me get the water down knowing my next drink is a cup of tea w/liquid Splenda! Snix. Have a Happy Bday!! Hope all going with no complications for your dad!! Does anyone ever get to a point that fat sounds like more fun?
I hate, HATE, HATE not eating whatever I want, whenever I want!...I have no food today and something sweet sounds so tempting, but I've already lost all my weight that I've gained, weighing in at 148 today! ...and I feel like shooting myself in the foot and eating sweets ...talk me down ladies...TALK ME DOWN![]() |

So if chips are your comfort food, then make some Linda's Low Carb Menus & Recipes or some Linda's Low Carb Menus & Recipes . I haven't made the cheese crackers in a while but I ALWAYS, no matter what, have Deluxe American Cheese in the fridge just in case.
I've totally been on the opposite end and just dove in to HC food as comfort. Not that long ago, either, like 2 weeks ago. |

I've tried making cheese chips (in the microwave, 1 minute, a bunch of little lumps of shredded cheese). Those work, they do... But I overeat those as well. I mean, I will keep making them and eating them until I'm overstuffed. And usually show a gain the next day. I *suppose* since they are still technically LC, it's doing less damage than the HC version.
