Definitely steer clear. I can tolerate most Disney and Nick shows. DD L O V E S this cute little show called icarly. But this dumb mermaid show and then Hannah Montana on Disney, OMG, they drive me batty.

staring at my siggy.... tomorrow I get to change to 10 weeks smoke free. I think I'm comfortable enough now to drop it from my siggy totally. I don't think there's any chance or a relapse And once again, I'm seriously lacking in the mileage department. I was doing good there for a while. I need to make a schedule or something so that from now on I can have a time set aside to walk. I guess in the evenings. You guys better kick my butt if I don't walk everyday!!!

That show makes my skin crawl. She's a terrible actress, and so is her dad. I don't get the whole tween craze with it.

My walking has dwindled down significantly since I started going to curves. I'm just too tired after curves to go walking. I need to get in at least a mile a day if I don't want to fall behind.

Maybe I'll start going back to the park next week. Maybe not. We'll see.

maybe alternate Curves and the park? Do Curves at least 3 days a week, to get your money's worth , then go to the park at least 2 days a week. That gives you 8 miles per week, so if you do that every week, you wont fall behind. You'll probably have more than 365 by 12/31.

Hillarious - I literally just walked in the door a few minutes ago and signed right on.... I wasn't at work all day and didn't have my lap top with me. What an exhausting day!! I guess I don't really need to post my menu since it's almost 9pm huh?

Riot - glad to have you back! I just had to catch up on posts for the first time in several days!!

I finally was able to get the whipped cream right. The first time I did it, I used whipping cream instead of heavy cream. The second time I used heavy cream and it worked. I used a hand mixer and it only took a few minutes for it to thicken up. I added a little splenda and it was GREAT!

Thanks, I did weigh on Monday, starting again I hope for the last time at 187

I have done lc before with alot of success, but went and had another baby and it has been downhill ever since. Now time is running out before my 40th b-day and I want to look good. I would like to be at 137 by Sept 15 and any less fat for the summer would be good.

I did manage to drink lots of water this week so far, I havent had a chance to workout, but I have been working construction all week with my dad, so I am hoping that counts.

Looking forward to this challange.

here's your novel

that'd be me - also having problems with working out. I'm getting back into it TODAY - I just keep picturing myself last summer (obviously not wearing shorts) like FF suggested and it makes me queasy lol!

I'll be doing callentics on my lunch break today since I can play it on my laptop and it's not like I'll be jumping up and down on the floor lol. Then I'll be walking tomorrow. I'm thinking that on the days I can't work out from home I will do callanetics at work during the day and the other days I will do the walking away the pounds at home. I am planning on getting the 3 mile video this weekend so I can get more of a workout on those days.

Glad to have you keys

wow, Belle- you were up early!

I too am going to try to focus on exercise. I'm gonna do 2 miles today.

Menu:
B: bacon and eggs, broccoli
L: german meatballs and broccoli
D: heroin wings and green beans

I've got a big pitcher of iced tea made and ready to go. Sweetened with sucralose, of course. Gotta have that tea sweet! I'm sick of water sensations, and as a result, I haven't been drinking enough. But I love tea, especially in the summer, so I think this'll be better.

keys. this forum is so much fun. you will love the support. they have made me feel so welcome. also they have helped me lose weight and not my mind. good luck to you. once i had baby #3 my body refused to let the weight go. fortunately with this woe i have been able to drop those stubborn pounds that i have been holding on to for 18 months.

riot- i think its so great that you quit smoking. its sooooo huge. i think you should keep it in you siggy. my husband (who smoked for 16 years) tell me every monday to add another week on to his QUIT SMOKING. he is at 46 weeks and damn proud of it. you should be too!!!
