Finally got around to eating brkfast

here's my menu so far

B: (@1pm)- 3 scrambled eggs with slice of cheese (i usually only use the block cheese but didnt have any so had to use Kraft single which actually has 2c i guess bcuz of the milk)

L: (planned) just some lunch meat (again, usually stay away from the cold cuts/packaged meats, but its whats available,) if I start my Rev rolls can make a sandwich

D: (planned) already have that cooked (leftovers) 3 chicken legs and a side salad (lettuce,cucumbers, bell peppers,olives)

pork rinds and/or celery to snack on in between

Will check back later to finalize or change anything.

So this is a first for me, I think. I'm so not hungry today!!!?? Normally after I go off plan, I'm ravenous for a few days, but today I'm really having to make a conscious effort to eat.

I'm the same way. I'm usually really hungry for the first few days after I try to go back on plan, but I think the scale this morning scared the hunger right out of me. lol

Hi everyone. Back on FF through Wednesday. I ended the last challenge at the same weight I began it... ugh! Hopefully this challenge will go more smoothly! I'm keeping my goal the same.

Ok, that's pretty funny that you say that cause I just looked at the pics and I was coming back here to post that my legs actually look bigger in my second set of pics. What gives? lol

I'm determined to have my NEXT set of pics be something I can really celebrate.

Can I get the password? I'll post my before's for this challenge... I never ended up taking afters from the last one in the same clothes, but I guess these can count as both.

Riot - so do I post the pics I took last week on the photobucket site or are you planning on doing that for us? I see my before pic that I took in February but not the one I posted on here last week. I'm pretty sure I can figure out how to post them on there so is it ok if I just do it? If so, I guess I can arrange it so my pics are beside each other right?
