OK, long chat with my boss (she's really sweet) about exercise, diet stuff... Then went to a work lunch, and they had build-your-own sandwiches. Hello! Sign from above! So I got lunchmeats, a little cheese, mayo, mustard, lettuce, olives, and diet coke.

hello everyone!

Don't even bring up the weather! It's been 50-60 degrees here for a week (which is good for AK) and then between tonight and today we've got like a foot of snow.

menu:
breakfast: ham & cheese roll ups, almonds
lunch: ?
Snack: almonds & cheese stick
Dinner: baked fish & veggies (broccoli, brussel sprouts or something else)

I've been working out so much...I feel good though.
I have 25 days until my PT test.

Aww, sorry about the teething. Maybe give the baby the margarita??? (Kidding, really!)

What about some shaved ice with sf strawberry syrup?

I'm doing W1D4 today. Will start W2 next week.

congrats on all the working out twoods! 25 days is plenty of time to make a difference before your PT test. How are your measurements? Wasn't that one of the things that was part of the test last time?

zraik, there's a woman that jogs at the park where I walk, and she pushes one of those double strollers with 2 kids in it while she jogs. That always amazes me. I can't can even jog with MYSELF much less think about pushing two other people while i'm doing it. lol

well, I'm sure I'm too late for action...but I'm here oneder. Welcome back Twoods

I needed to lick some wounds and I think I'm ready. I haven't really gone off plan...really; I've kind of lost my appetite.
I've made little slips, but nothing terrible and weight was going down, but I'm not sure where I am now.

Good morning everyone

Menu:
B: scrambled eggs; coffee with cream and splenda
L: tuna with mayo
D: hamburgers and hotdogs on the grill - no buns
water

I'm behind on my callanetics this week. I have been SO busy with my son's soccer stuff this week. He had soccer last Friday night, Saturday afternoon, Sunday afternoon, Monday evening, 2 mini games last night, and again today. Usually he only has practice Friday night and games on Saturday but we've had a good bit of rain here lately so he had 2 make up games and then the end of season tournament started last night. I will try to get an hour in today but it looks like I won't finish my 12 hours until next week. I guess it really doesn't mess anything up because I'll have the same results - just in a longer time period but I just wanted to do 3 hours per week. Anyway, hope you all have a great Saturday and I'll check back later !

Good Morning all, i think, i ate two helpings at supper last night, blech then i fell asleep early and i wake up and it's flipping snowing! Snowing! The roads are all ice from two day of rain and now the cold weather and snow. I was in shorts 3 days ago!!!

Well i suppose since i'm home bound i'll clean acloset or two. BBL! Nevermind, i'm goinng back to bed.... maybe i'll wake up in a better mood.

Belle, DD has been keeping me busy this week too with all of her extracurricular activities. I think it's a good thing though, right? The busier they keep us, the less time we have to sit around thinking about what we'd like to be eating. lol

Snix, that totally sucks that you got snow today. I think I'd rather have snow than be forced to wear shorts at this point though.
