Hey everyone. Sorry I've been gone for so long, things have been rough over here. I'm not sure what is going on with my weight, I am losing way too fast, I think something is wrong. I am going to go to the doctor tomorrow to make sure everything is ok. It is probably just stress, but it's still weird, especially since I haven't been 100% on plan (although mostly). I wanted to put my name in for the new challenge, I missed you guys and good luck on the new challenge!
Driveme - welcome back!! It could be that your metabolism is changing because you're working out so consistently!!! I'm sure everything is okay. Maybe it's time for you to start adding some carbs back in slowly!!!

HELLO EVERYONE!

This is just what I need to get me back on track! I've been away from the board for over a month, but not completly off plan. I'm up for a challenge.
Look foward to chatting and losing with all of you over the next 7 wks.
My challenge at work ends May 10th (just started last week) and we're trying to lose at least 5% of our body weight. But I'm the only one doing low-carb. (and also the heaviest, so the most to lose) So far I've lost 4 lbs since last Monday (and that was with a little slip ups) But with having you guys here with help me more. And my personal challenge is do go cheat free until June 2nd also!

to lcold!! Happy to have ya! I got 1.5 miles in today, so at least that's not hanging over my head. I've been trying to get the house cleaned, but dd is making it next to impossible. Omg yesterday we went to my moms house and dd saw a cow and said "look mommy, a dinosaur!"

I gained 2 pounds over the weekend !! I didn't eat off plan but MAN did I eat almost everything in sight. Maybe that's what happens when you do fat fast for a few days and then go off. It was like I was a bottomless pit, literally! I'm back to fat fast today until Wednesday though so hopefully I'll lose another 5 pounds. I figure if I do fat fast 3 days every week and lose 4-5 pounds and gain 2 back I'll be ok to lose 2 per week and make my goal of 15 for the challenge!

Menu:
1: one hb egg with mayo; 2 slices of bacon
2: 1/4 cup heavy cream with coffee and 2 splenda
3: 1 ounce cream cheese and 1 tbsp. organic sf peanut butter; one splenda
4: tuna with tons of mayo and celery
5: tuna with tons of mayo and celery
80 ounces of water

Ok Ladies...DH took some before pics of me this morning. You know that feeling when you see yourself in pictures and you go OMG I am that big! I mean you go on everyday and you look at your self in the mirror but it really does not hit you unitl you see it in a photograph! Ugh!!
