Morning Ladies,
Hey Riot, did you notice the miles? i got em in! Good thing too cuz i won't be gettin none in tonight, its lia Sophia time tonight! I am making everything low carb (pickle wraps, hot chix wings, meatballs, chix salad/crax & celery, different kinds of olives and nutz.......except two items, the dessert and some jalepeno jelly crax. With the licking i of the hands/beater last night i should be ok tonight....

Yeah, that's the plan. I'm just calling it a mini challenge because I'm only doing 12 hours in between pictures and measurements. When I took my first measurements I did it after I had completed 2 hours already though. Hopefully that won't effect the end result because even after 2 hours I was still not able to do all of the movements the entire time, etc. This week is my 3rd week so by Sunday I will have completed 9 hours.

Are you having a lia sophia party at your house? I love their jewelry! I had one at my house in January and got sooooooooooo much for free!

Good job on the mileage Snix! Now I wont have to beat you.... today, at least. And I'm willing to bet that you can spare 7 or 8 minutes to walk a little half mile before your party hahaha!

Good Morning!

TOM is still here and still EARLY WTH!! I'm on the pill and nope I didn't miss any. So the scale said 149 this am. I'm bloated and crampy!! K sorry about the complaining.

Thankyou and no riot, no walking. I will do enough running from one end of thehouse to tthe other before my guests arrive, picking up underwear the kids have hidden, last minute cleaning and setting up. Men are invited too, they will be in the garage w/a sports channel on and cards on the table. Hubs was all worried that i wouldn't have enough food. I said they can starve then if there isn't enough...

That is my dilemma too! I realize its my road map to my children, but holy hell what a mess that map is....best kept covered!

Hey gang,

I did it! I went to the gym and did my first Couch to 5k workout!!!

I *so* wanted to go home and mope. But you guys talked me out of it, and I felt so much better when I was done.

Dh and I met up at Culvers and we all had dinner. I was good -- blackened chicken salad w/ blue cheese crumbles and avocado. I need to look up their website, though. That ceasar dressing was awfully sweet.

Today:
B: two oscar meyer natural hot dogs, 2 hb eggs
L: sm spinach salad w/ oil & vinegar, roast beast slices
S: hb eggs or sunflower seeds
D: rotisserie chicken, steamed cauli w/ cheddar on top

No workout today, unless I get brave and put in my Callan dvd while everyone else is upstairs.

Got my 2 miles done, thank goodness. I'm proud of myself, this is the 5th day I've walked in a row! 9 miles so far this week.
