Maybe you'll be blessed and wake up with a half eaten chicken leg hanging from the side of your mouth after having sweet dreams for a bit to lighten your mood.

Hi ladies! Checking in real quick!

Today's Menu:
B- turkey on oopsies (6)
L- pepperoni slices, diet pop (2)
S- 2oz.cream cheese (2)
D- fajita salad (6)
TOTAL=16 carbs/8 glasses of water
(walking about 3 miles at the gym later)

MY PLAN: I am on Induction today and plan to be through next Wednesday. At that point, I am going to Florioda through the following Sunday. Food is provided as part of the conference we're going to, but I plan to make lc choices whenever possible and bring along lc snacks. AFTER I return, I will stick to three days of the Fat Fast before returning to extended Induction. At that point, when I stall, I will use three day chunks of the Fat Fast to give my body a boost.

I almost had a weak moment, while running around (with my preschooler) all day today I ALMOST drove thru A&W for a float but resisted and went to the supermarket instead and got me some diet A&W and heavy cream! Im so proud of myself. Now I'm making some meatballs and use a some stewed tomatoes, sparingly. And im going to attempt to use the rev roll recipe and form some sort of flat bread &/or hogie roll. wish me luck!

I'll try to log back on before work and tell you how my sandwich came out!

only had some cheese after my bkfst of chkn, I love that my appetite is decreasing, but I know I need to fuel myself a little more, or not get too hungry and end of grabing a "no-no"

o'yeah, what are heroin wings??

gotta run! (not physically, working up to that ) but need to log off!

Ok...now I have something I have to share with you which I am sure alot of you can relate.

When I make my daughter something to eat or I am feeding her, sometimes the food will get on my finger or spill over the side...and the immediate reaction is to put my finger in my mouth! It is such a pain in the *ss to grab a paper towel or run the water to wash it off....I bet on a normal day I got an extra 50-100 calories from things like that..who knows how many carbs???

Just had to share that with you...

YES OM!!! I had the same issue when I started low carb in December. Before, I used to taste the food I was cooking for the kids to see if it was too warm or cold, etc. It EASILY adds that many calories to your day if not more and usually a lot of carbs. I don't taste anything now that isn't my food. I always have a paper towel with me when I eat with the kids so I don't do it subconsciously. So weird!

Ohhhh myyyyyyy i just went thru that, ended up making a dessert for tomarrow nights party and i licked the spot of white choco batter off of the back of my right hand then i had to lick the right ring finger which had a little sumtin-sumtin called triple choco fudge batter. Theeeeennnnnnn one of the beaters with the cream cheese filling ended up rubbing off on my tongue, i tried to fight it off but it won once before i got it in the sink.

haha! Sorry Candles! I knew someone had already had a blizzard so I confused her with you! lol What kind did you get? DH takes DD to get them a lot during the summer and she always comes home with the BEST sounding blizzards. So not fair.
