Hi Rachel, way to go on the 1/2 lb!!! That's great!!!
How do you like the oil pulling? I heard some good things and some say it doesn't do anything.

What do you think?

DANDR Induction for realz, yo

Is anyone doing DANDR induction right now?

I'm starting over (again) and sticking to the acceptable foods list - no protein powders, shakes, nuts, etc.

It's kind of refreshingly simple, which I need right now.

awesome! I lost a lot of weight on Atkins a few years ago, kept it off for awhile, and now have gained most (but not all!) of it back.

DANDR worked for me back then, and I'm confident it'll work this time, too.

I even got some keto strips!

I'll try one tomorrow - my start date back to LC was the 19th, but I've only started real induction since yesterday.

Hello all.
I am doing DANDR 2002 and restarted on the 13th this month.Been through this before in 2004 with my Hubby and we did great. Over time we got of track and here I am again.
I am due to have my Bloodwork done in July so I want to be on program to see if my colesterol is down. My hubbies is almost perfect after doing LC.
I am not into any prepared foods like shakes, bars etc, so all our meals are regular fresh foods. If you have a Safeway close they have a terrific buy on Ribeye Steaks this week at $3.77 lb and I bought lots.
I have never used CO but after reading all the good things about it I will have to make some Bark, I am a chocoholic and miss that the most. Good nite and CU2morrow.

Good morning beautiful ladies and to all the new people. I'm terrible with names so please don't think I'm ignoring anyone.

Got up this morning and had lost another 1/2 lb.

Just doing laundry and cleaning house. DH will be home tonight
Looking forward to the long weekend. We're going to BBQ with some friends. Hopefully the rain will stay away but it will still be fun.

Heard the predictions for our hurricane season this year. YUCK!! Looks like they're expecting at least 10 named hurricanes and at least 5 that will become major ones. I can hardly wait.

Well, dryer just went off. I'll check back in later.

Sick Husband
A woman accompanied her husband to the doctor's office. After his checkup, the doctor called the wife into his office alone. He said, "Your husband is suffering from a very severe disease, combined with horrible stress. If you don't do the following, your husband will surely die."

"Each morning, fix him a healthy breakfast. Be pleasant, and make sure he is in a good mood. For lunch make him a nutritious meal. For dinner prepare an especially nice meal for him. Don't burden him with chores, as he probably had a hard day. Don't discuss your problems with him, it will only make his stress worse. And most importantly...make love with your husband several times a week and satisfy his every whim. If you can do this for the next 10 months to a year, I think your husband will regain his health completely."

On the way home, the husband asked his wife, "What did the doctor say?"

"You're going to die," she replied.

Good Morning Everyone!!!

Ms. Seattle!!

Another beautiful day here, maybe high of about 70 and SUNNY!!!!

yesterday i didn't eat that much, i wasn't that hungry. Hope that doesn't mess me up. since my brkst filled me up, when i had to take lunch i only ate 1 ckn strip i had leftover from dinner. so I didn't eat another meal until dinner, which was pork loin and salad. no snacks.

haven't eaten yet this a.m., just coffe w/some cream and stevia.

got a question on the stevia if anyone can help. i just got it, first order. i ordered liquid stevia extract. doesn't taste real sweet to me. was the wrong type??? it doens't really have a bitter aftertaste but it's not real sweet either. i put like a full dropper in my coffee w/the cream and it was drinkable but by no means sweet. i even added 1 pkt of the xylitol i bought. any suggestions? was the extract not the right thing and if not, how should i use this stuff then??

i just did some exercising... well, walking for about 25mins in place (couldn't put my book down!!) so i thought since i don't have treadmill i'd just do it myself!! something is better than nothing! i am a tad hungry so may find my breakfast in a few.

menu plans:
b- tbd maybe an egg cream
l - salad w/2 ckn strips cut up and cheese on top w/ranch
d - going out so tbd, gonna stay on PLAN~

i think we may do mexican, we are supposed to meet friends. so any suggestions on dinner would be good. i can pass on teh chips and salsa ok, but it's ordering something w/o tortilla, rice or beans that will be a challenge i think!!

Congrats on Losses guys!!! WOW!!! i need that fairy over here!! i'm back up my 2 lbs which i know is water. if someone finds her, better rope her like rodeo cowboy and hold on to her!!!

have a great day guys!! i'll check in later! keep up the good work ladies!! we can do it!!! *waves pom poms and cheers*

Good morning to all my LC Friends and the New Members we got last night!!

I cannot believe I beat Diana to posting!! LOL

Well...I had a 1 1/2 lb lost last night. I guess I am like Diana and its the CO doing it for me in the bark..at least I hope so. We will see what happens today.

Jen...I have never use Liquid Stevia as I have not gotten to buy mine yet. Diana will know...she will tell us.

B- Some CO bark
L-Hamburger on Rev Roll with Mayo and Fried Cheese
S- Nancy's Cheesecrust pizza with Hamburger, onions, green pepper and mushroom along with 1 cup of salad and green tea.
Snack- More CO bark

Got to run I will catch you all more this afternoon!! HUGS and Love you all!!
