Wow! This thread has really taken off! How exciting to participate with all of you super cool ladies! We are going to have some great results here, I just know it!
I was super strict with myself and feel pretty good about today. B: 2 hard boiled eggs made into egg salad water L: Ham/cheese roll up w/mustard carb control yogurt water D: 2 burger patties wrapped in lettuce w/1 sl cheese, mustard, mayo, tomato, jalapeno water D: sf raspberry jello water Got about 90 oz of water in. Samantha - Try not to wait to eat until you are too hungry, it can be a recipe for disaster! A huge key to success is planning. Plan your meals ahead of time. If you aren't hungry, you can always have it later.

Good Morning Everyone!
Here's to a great low carb day! Let's try to stay on plan and do the best we can. If we slip up, then don't worry about it, we'll just move forward and not look back! It's always a new day!!! Just to remind everyone. This thread is basically to let us check in when we can. If everyone wants to post their menus and weight that's great, please feel free to! We're not setting rules here or setting goals, perse', but if each person wants to set their own goals and post it here, you can do that! This is just a casual place to come to. The reason why no rules is, is so no one feels the pressure of having to lose weight at a certain time or feel that if they haven't met their goal then we don't want anyone to get upset with themselves. That's not what this thread is about. This thread is to have everyone feel relaxed and comfortable while losing. Because we've all got so much going on with our lives, that we don't need to add an extra thing to that. So feel free to post anything you want here too! If anyone needs to vent, or if you have a praise report or anything that's in your heart, this is the place to post that! We Will Lose Weight!!! ![]() ![]() WHOOHOO!!!!! ![]()

Good morning everyone and
all the new members of our Thread!![]() ![]() ![]() Here is to another wonderful LC day! You can talk about anything you would like here not just LC..just sit back..relax and enjoy the ride!! Now...I will reintroduce myself in case anyone that joined dont know who I am. I am Christina..I am 39..been married for 11 years in April..been doing LC since October 06. I lost over 100 lbs and kept that off and then lost too much when I about died from basic Gall Bladder surgery last October when they cut my bile duct. After I healed I started to gain about 15 lbs back after I got down to too low for me after my experience..125...I liked that weight but I was told it was too low for my size. Well..with the holidays and winter here I took and gained back 15 of that to 140 eating too many LC goodies and that is where I sit today. I am trying my own induction again to see if I can get back down 10 more pounds to 130. I have not had the strength to get on my treadmill and start walking again but hopefully I will be able to in a few more days after I get over my strained muscles from where I carried in too many groceries at one time a couple of days ago. This is another wonderful day here in SW Virginia. Its 8:06 am. The sun is shining and it going to be about 55 today. I have to take my 3 and 1/2 year old son, Brandon to speech therapy today at 11 AM and then I got to run to town to pick up a few things to make LC Barbecue this weekend. I hope some of this soreness wears off so I can start my treadmill walking again. After a 2 days of my own Atkins Induction I am at the same weight..140. I have been at this weight for so long that the scale dont want to move...lol This is common for me and more than likely I will have to start my treadmill walking again to start losing again. Here is my menu for today: Weight-140 LBS B- Egg salad on Rev Roll..now wonder where I got that idea from ![]() ![]() L- More than likely a Hardess Bacanador for lunch on Rev Roll since I will be in town during this time S-Leftover Ribeye Steak with Tossed Salad and if I have time I am going to make me some Chocolate Rev Rolls this afternoon. That will me my Sweet fix with Low Carbs. Until this weekend I might have to fix a LC Cheesecake LOL ![]() At least 100 to 120 ounce of Water per day. Will be on and off till 11am then I will be gone for awhile. Everyone have a wonderful LC Day!! ![]() ![]() Just know I am here for any support you all may need during your LC Journey. Good morning Molly
![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() What you can do with that Bacon is fry it and put it in the freezer. I have done that before. If you seal it really well it will last about a month in the freezer..not that long in this house!! LOL ![]() I started off with the flu over 2 weeks ago and ended up with severe Brocitous and a touch of Emona..I cant spell!! LOL As well as my son had a severe Resportory infection and a Sinus infection. So..its been a very hard 2 weeks here. We are both starting to feel better and I am hoping I can get some of this extra 10 lbs off of me sooner than later. Have a great LC Day Molly! ![]() HUGS Christina |

Good Morning Everyone!
Hey Mollysmama!! WhooHOo!!! Way to go, that's awesome!! ![]() ![]() Good for you! Keep up the good work!!! ![]() Sorry to hear about you being sick. I know what you mean about cooking something and it not appealing to you. I hope you get to feeling better!! Hi Christina, Are you getting better too? Your menu looks really good! I thought about doing a baconater too, or a jumbojack. I love those!! Hope you'll see a loss soon! I can't wait to get down where you are Mollysmama! It just seems that I've been lurking around 203 for a long time! I'm going to see if induction works for me, but again I may have to eliminate something that I'm eating too. I may have to give up my coffee and go decafe or something. But I can't find chocolate decafe coffee! Or maybe I can!! Last night I ended up eating some sf lc ice cream. I don't know why, but I did and it's over and done with! The good thing is, it's all gone!! ![]() Here's what I'm having: B-coffee w/ cream, 2 small burgers on a rev roll, a little mayo L- egg salad sandwich on a rev roll, w/ a little mayo D- chicken patties w/ some steamed broccoli water at least 80oz or more. Got to get ready for work, see ya all in a while!! |

Hi Diana
GM![]() I am feeling some better. I am just really sore today with my arm and hip..I dont know what I have done..hope it goes away fast. When I was at my first stall..around 200..that is when I cut out my caffeine. I started dropping again. Now..can you do Decaf Coffee with some Di Vinci Chocolate? Will that give you your fix? Wonder...ummm... ![]() I love Baconaters too. If I am out at lunch time I always try to carry my rolls with me in case I have to do something like that too. If I dont lose any in about a 2 week time frame I am going to either do Stillmans 14 day or either I seen something called Fat Fast to see if I can break my stall. I might try that too. Just have to give it time and see how it goes. Diana, your menu sound good also..I am going to add my leftover Mustard Greens to mine also for tonight. Where do you get your LC Chicken patties at or do you make them? Ok..off I go to get dressed to take Brandon to speech therapy. I will be back later this afternoon. Dont have fun without me!! Good Wednesday Everyone!
I am up a lb today to 176, but honestly, I lose in a zig-zag pattern, so I am not upset or bummed out in any way. Heck, I lost 4 pounds in 3 days, so I am sure I will continue to lose in the long run. I really need to make a plan for this afternoon. I work 14 hours straight with only a 30 minute break today, and I haven't thought of what to do for a snack while I am teaching...Hmmm. Praying for success for us all! Peace |

Hi Christina!
Funny you should mention about Stillmans 14 day! I was just talking to someone on that thread and he asked me why I didn't try that instead. So I'll see how this goes and if I can't loose, then I may try that too. I don't care if I loose slow, just as long as I loose. I haven't carriedy a rev roll with me yet. I don't have the guts too do that, but I may have to! ![]() I'm also thinking about switching to decafe too. But I don't want to give up my chocolate coffee!!! ![]() Hope you have a great day running around! Enjoy your baconator too!! Yumm! ![]() |

Hi all!!!
![]() Oh, Lord. I've stuck to my menu thus far but Lord, I have a sweet tooth! Seb you mentioned the fact that you have to go to the grocery store because you have no idea what lunch will be, well I have to go because I have to surround myself with legal foods; especially snacks specifically sugar free jello. I am a big snacker. I'm going to really have to re-search the boards for some snack ideas other than my normal cheesecake pudding (which I love) and my cinnamon almonds and pecans (being that I can't have nuts for the next two weeks) .

Hi Tammy!
Boy another menu that sounds good! I love it, it helps give me some ideas on things to make. And thanks for the encouragment! I don't know why these 3 or 4 lbs just don't want to leave my body. I can't to 199 for some reason. It took me forever to get to 205, so maybe I'm just a slow loser. I don't mind as long as I lose. Yeah and I can't wait for you to get there too!!! How far do you have to until you get under 200? Keep up the good work Tammy, you're doing great!!! ![]() |

Hi Everyone! Here I am for my transition between jobs.
My plan is to have an Egg cream now and bring an Atkins shake to have while teaching. I don't usually like to have the shakes, but it's not really possible to eat while teaching dance. So, hopefully this will be a good solution. I'll BBL Peace |

Hi again everyone!! ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() I am back home after a exhausting morning. I am just glad to be finally home! I am SO glad to see all the post on this board! I also love everyone ideas for food. Diana..I got my Baconator and boy was it good!! But they messed up my order and I didn't get my son fries!! On top of that I was Craving Caffeine today for some reason and ordered a UNSWEET Tea...pulled out of the drive thru for a 2nd time..and took a sip..It was Sweet..so my son will end up with that. Guess it was not meant for me to have the caffeine today!! LOL What I do is I take 2 rolls and put them into small sandwich bags-1 a piece..leave them open and put them in my middle whole of my car that is open..that way they stay firm...it works out well...I carry 2 ever time I go out.As for Stillmans..I might have to take a closer look at the 14 day plan..you CAN have some veggies on it. I even bought canned Asparagus to try a new green vegetable for a change! The store didn't have fresh and this didn't have any sugar in the list so I thought for a dollar a can I would try them. I might to jump my stall with Fat Fast for about 5 days next week to see if that will help me. Seb..I think I will take 2 oz of my leftover steak for tonight and have it for Breakfast tommorow. YUMM!! I just love all the idea you all have! tamekia...I know Diana and I both have Sweet tooths..mine is really bad at TOM time..I am TRYING my best not to eat something LC Sweet..I might have just to give in but I have decided not today..I have been so busy I have not and dont have time to make anything. Tomorrow will be a different story thou! LOL Jamie-I used to work those hours when I work for a factory with only a 15 min lunch! It is NO fun at all when you are on LC! And with you teaching..I dont know what to tell you for snacking expect for Pork Rinds...pepperoni slices...Sorry.. ![]() Sue-I am sorry your little one is sick! My son and I both have been for 2 weeks and just getting back to normal. I am like you when my DH is home I am not online much..weekends is very little computer time for me. My DH swing shifts so my time varies on here. Well..I decided I am going to go and try a LC Broccoli Cheese Casserole..Linda's recipe..to go with my ribeye ste |
