ok so I just weighed even though I swore I would not today. And ..(drum roll please) 199.2 !!!!! I am crying as I type this. lol So 8 lbs in 8 days. Thank you all so much for helping me!! Honestly who can not believe there are angels walking (and typing) amongst us???

I weighed in today 11lbs gone!!!! I almost passed out when I looked down at the scale. I hope everyone had a great weekend. I was out of town and sin computer so I couldn't post. Well I'm sleepy so its nap time.

Hey..what are you set on..I put it in my attachments....lol..I dont know what I did wrong...I cant get it to show up on my page. I dont know what I am doing wrong since I just walked 4 miles again in 1 hour..boy do I need a shower!! LOL

But you don't have to put the pictures as attachements, just go to your link icon and paste it on that.

Ok all the kitchen is now closed to me..lol

Here is what I ate today

B-2 ham slices fried with no oil and 2 eggs..(this is getting old!!)
L-4 oz Hamburger Steak with 1/2 cup of Cauliflower and Broccoli
S-1 piece of LC Cola BBQ Chicken (Stillmans recipe)
Snack- 1/2 slice of LC Cheesecake.

1 hour walk on Treadmill for 3.5 miles.


Hey..I am wondering why I am not in Ketosis yet? I checked for 2 days and it only a trace...the first time I did this I was in Ketosis 2 days after I stared LCing...
