Stall Broken!!!

I know there are a lot of these threads out there but I am so excited - I had to let everyone know. I have been stalled for 1 month! All of a sudden, the weight is coming off. I am so happy - I can hardly stand it.

Anyone who is stalled - hang in there! It does pay off!

Thanks for posting nspires. I've been stuck at 205 for almost 2 weeks now. I hate the number 205. Its so hard not to get discouraged and you never know where to start changing your diet, there are just so many variables. Anyway, your stall break is encouraging! And..congrats

Stalled so soon?

Julesmama,

I took off 6.5 pounds during Induction. From 214 to 207.5. Now I'm hovering between 207 and 208.5.

it's very annoying. I've been good. AND I'm weight training 3x a week.

Trying to allow my body the time it needs. I can't control the rate at which this weight comes off. As long as I'm eating "clean" and exercising, I know that it will come off for me.

I am going to start writing down everything I eat and tracking my calories.

Thanks for the encouragement! I've been stalled for a few weeks... I really needed to hear that it will all work out in the end

Hey all! My weight loss continues and I can't even tell you how excited I am. As of today, I broke through to the 180's. I started at 200.3 and stalled out after the first two weeks! I lost 3 pounds this week! I guess it is true. My body just needed to get used to the diet. I can't wait for next week!

A post Induction stall is very common. The body just needs time to adjust. If you're weight training too you're likely putting on lean muscle to replace the fat. You're right to give it time and don't let it discourage you.
