usually any of the stores have them. Sometimes they are in the vitamin or pharmacy section.

I also answered you in the Pennsylvania thread.
How about making your own protein shakes instead? Maybe the fawn shake or similar? Making your own would be so much better than eating this junk.

Fawn, I am drinking your shake right now!!

thats a thread all about fawns shake. there are different variations in there.

When I make one I use Body Fortress protein pownder, plain yogurt, a tiny bit of heavy cream, hood calorie countdown milk, a handfull of frozen blueberries or strawberries and ice. Obviously you can't have the berries yet if you are on Induction.

It depends on what is in them! You can easily make a shake out of Induction friendly foods! It just depends on your tastes.

Sugarfreesheila dot com has a recipe for an induction friendly shake. I am not quite sure of the measurements but it has cream cheese, egg/eggbeaters, cream, and divincci's sf syrup blended with ice. I used too much ice once and had to eat it with a spoon. You might check her website if you are interested.

Here in NJ, Shoprite carries Atkins products as well as Walmart and GNC...you should be able to find them in PA.
