Chopped Ham, or Canadian bacon or bacon (your choice on amount)
Sliced mushrooms (fresh or canned)
1 cup of cream or milk
6 eggs

Spray glass quiche/casserole dish with cooking spray.
Pour in chilies, ham, mushrooms, cheese and mix up.

Add milk and eggs together in a bowl and whisk, add salt (not too much since the ham, cheese, chilies contain sodium), pepper, cumin, garlic and oregano or other spices

I also sprinkle crushed oregano and powdered chili on top.
Bake at 350 for about 45 to 50min. or until middle of quiche looks done.
Let sit for 10min. or more to firm up.
Optional: Top w/salsa or a dollop of sour cream or Ketchup on the side.
that sounds phenomenal! going to try it tonight, thank you!!

This looks layered in sour cream cheese slices? How did you get your cream so square?

No the sour cream was on the veggies. That's a cheese slice. I forgot which kind. The cheese I put inside the chicken escaped and melted away So my hubby just put a cheese slice on top after frying.

I take a veggie peeler to the whole celeriac (doesn't take very long) then chop in half, chop 1/2 to 3/4 inch thick slices then chop those up into 'fries'. I tossed these in extra virgin olive oil, cumin and pepper then put in a pan lined with aluminum foil. I might have even put some garlic of some sort on it, I can't remember. Knowing me I did. I've got no man man to kiss so BRING ON THE GARLIC!!!

Dinner tonight -

buffalo chicken pizza - I mixed in some blue cheese and Frank's into the crust along with having it on top... YUM!
Hi there-- could you share the recipe?

Hmm I just posted this in a similarly named thread......

Anyway...........various pics from an online diary I've been keeping since last month

This is a cake I made following Cleochatra's recipe, it was delicious!

Chicken goujons fried in pork crackle breadcrumbs with tomato salsa, melted cheese, sour cream and jalapenos

Crispy-skinned salmon with lime & coriander butter, asparagus

Chocolate mousse

Spicy chicken burgers with lime, chilli and coconut mayo

Spicy vegetable cauliflower pizza

Creamy/cheesy cauliflower and brocolli bake

Zucchini nachos (though you can barely see them under all that!)

Mini lemon cheesecakes

Salt and Chilli pork

Creamy bacon and leek soup

Spanish-style sizzling garlic prawns

Oopsie roll with bacon and egg
