Dollkey~Thanks so much!
I ended up putting like a Tbsp of butter in the batter. I used canola oil w/some butter in the pan. I had leakage out of my Egg rings. Grrrr! I need to use a bigger pan next time or less rings @ a time. And...they didn't fluff up yours. ![]() They taste pretty good though. ![]() ![]() ![]() |

hmmm... the reason might be because of the leak. try using two egg rings at a time. also if you have a griddle it might be better to use that. I'm saving some money to get a nice big griddle pan so I can make more pancakes at a time.

Yeah...will use less rings or use a griddle next time.
My old stove top had a built in griddle. Kind of miss that now. ![]() What kind of griddle are you saving for? |

It's actually quite cool. It's the stove top kind and one side is flat just like a griddle should be and if you flip it you get the side with grill marks and I could easily grill veggies and fish or steaks on there. We have a charcoal grill but it's such a pain to start the coals. The one I'm lusting after costs $15

Bread is not allowed on induction, even at one carb. That's more up there on those OWL rungs. (You guys will be there soon enough!)
A few have made oopsie rolls into french toast however, and they turned out pretty wonderfully! Here is jenny j's picture ![]() |

I don't know what recipe JennyJ used - personally, I use egg and cream with a little cinnamon and vanilla to ramp up the flavor even more.
ETA: Oh and yes, you dip the oopsies in the mixture and cook just like you would regular french toast. |

Well I'm not having a good feeling about the dreamfields Pasta. First of all its delicious and taste just like regular pasta. Then a few hours later I checked with a keto strip and it didn't look good...Its possible it just has me on the edge and if thats the case it's not that bad....I'll know tomorrow. I'll keep you posted

Oh my....I should have known better than to make "food porn" my last thread to view before going to bed. Not only did that spinach, mushroom, roasted garlic pizza cause my mouth to water, but I think I may have pizza dreams tonight.
And speaking of dreams...this way of eating is a dream come true for a foodee like me - I can't wait to make a picture-worthy dish one day soon to share with everyone! .. Loni .. |

Thank you, Cleo. That's all I gotta say.
Lunch: Bacon cheeseburger on Oopsie with dill pickle slices and slathered with homemade mayo. Dessert: LC cheesecake drizzled with daVinci raspberry syrup. Mmm, mmm, good! ![]() |

K....
![]() CHILI CHEESE QUICHE 3 or 4, 4oz. cans of chopped green chilies (drain excess juice) 1 cup of shredded cheddar 1 cup of shredded Jack (or 2 cups of whatever cheese you have on hand). Chopped Ham, or Canadian bacon or bacon (your choice on amount) Sliced mushrooms (fresh or canned) 1 cup of cream or milk 6 eggs Spray glass quiche/casserole dish with cooking spray. Pour in chilies, ham, mushrooms, cheese and mix up. Add milk and eggs together in a bowl and whisk, add salt (not too much since the ham, cheese, chilies contain sodium), pepper, cumin, garlic and oregano or other spices I also sprinkle crushed oregano and powdered chili on top. Bake at 350 for about 45 to 50min. or until middle of quiche looks done. Let sit for 10min. or more to firm up. Optional: Top w/salsa or a dollop of sour cream or Ketchup on the side.
