Thanks for responding about the dreamfield pasta.....I didn't think it was induction friendly...I bought a box and i'll give it a try...I'll let you know.

Celeriac isn't as juicy/sweet as jicama so I don't really put them in the same category. Well, unless you're talking about the "uhh, that looks weird

" category.

I've never made jicama into home fries, only chopped up in salads, baked with cinnamon and then also grilled with chili powder and lime juice.

I take a veggie peeler to the whole celeriac (doesn't take very long) then chop in half, chop 1/2 to 3/4 inch thick slices then chop those up into 'fries'. I tossed these in extra virgin olive oil, cumin and pepper then put in a pan lined with aluminum foil. I might have even put some garlic of some sort on it, I can't remember. Knowing me I did. I've got no man man to kiss so BRING ON THE GARLIC!!!

Dinner tonight -

buffalo chicken pizza - I mixed in some blue cheese and Frank's into the crust along with having it on top... YUM!

I use vegetable oil on the pan and put butter on top of the pancakes when eating.
