Seriously, if I can't have it, I want it, and if I want it, I have to make it or else I panic and feel restricted. To me it's about being able to breathe, love, live and nosh. That's why you see so many restaurant knock offs, snacks, appetizers and pizzas coming from me. I need gooey, cheesy, crunchy, bold and fun. I didn't sign up for a lifetime of green lettuce and omelets.

Dang, you are my new friend! That is EXACTLY what I'm always saying! Why suffer?? Woman cannot live on green lettuce and yellow omelettes alone! I say we enjoy ALL of our colours!

Once our creativity kicks in, nearly anything can be modified to fit low carb (you actually prove this quite a bit )

Great post !

induction food mishaps....

Surely with all this food porn, there's got to be cousins, nieces and nephews called "mishaps". I can't be the only one that's ever ended up with runny whites instead of peaks in the "oopsie receipe"
So what do you guys do with your mishaps?... I know the wallet's tight, it's all good and induction friendly ingredients, but they just didn't come out right.....
Just popped my mishap oopsie in the oven. Not sure what's gonna come out on the other end. But what ever it is, am gonna enjoy it.
Cleochatra and all you food porn contributors.THANK YOU. You are daily saving the life of this former "Carbaholic", one mishap at a time.
God bless

With the oopsie rolls, when they really oopsie, you still have options. The flatties can be made into wraps for sammiches, panninis, or hot dogs; they can be dipped in egg and cream and be made into french toast. They can be dried and crumbled and made into a stuffing to accompany your chicken or your turkey. You have so many options! I agree, you have to be able to reuse the mistakes or experimenting would become expensive.

So, I've never had a White Castle Burger...does this what it tastes like?
It's the Onion soup mix that makes it or what?
Next time I will not add the salt. It has enuf in it w/the onion S-mix and the mayo/cheese. Rt?

All the casseroles posted lately look delicious. I have no self control, so they are off limits for me, unless I make individual servings.

Did I mention I am a cheese junkie.

She does not speak with forked tongue. They are easy to adapt - my first set of oopsies were even worse - too flat. I still used 'em for my baconator (yum) and then the crispity edges were crumbled and added as "croutons' for my salad. Heaven.

So yes, Cleo, bless you.

The postage stamp ones are called Thumbnails. U click on them and they enlarge.
The really large ones just didn't get sized first before posting them.
