I read somewhere that Kroger's carries them but I forgot to look last time I was there. I would look in any asian section of a large grocery store too. Just google 'miracle noodles' and you'll get like a gadzillion websites! |

How cute is that! Are the clustered sets better than the individual rings?

![]() Yes...they do smell very fishy, esp. when you open the pkg.! I rinse them and rinse them in running hot water in a colander and drain them really well. The fishy smell goes away. I also cut them w/scissors while I'm rinsing them. The noodles are Very LONG. Then, I put them in a tupperware container, season them with Italian seasoning, basil, salt, pepper, olive oil and some balsamic vinegar etc. They are ready to go when I want them. I just add them to the scampi sauce or pour on the sauce after I nuke them to heat them up. I also, add butter when I'm nuking them up. Ummm...one word of caution...U may think you are seeing worms in your feces the next day. ![]()

Chili Cheese Tots: Induction friendly, and furthermore, my lunch.
Cauli Tots: Easy to make, and with only 2 main ingredients. |

Well, so long as you can then shoo, shield or shoosh, I'm good. What can I say. I tend to slather them with shaving cream until they are crushed by the foamy mass. It's a waste of shaving cream.

FWIW, I screwed up the caloric values for the tots. I had moved a decimal place, and they should only be 38 calories per serving, and not 375. That makes a huge difference. The numbers have all been changed to reflect the actual macronutrient numbers for the tots and the chili cheese tots.

You are both very sweet. Thank you.
Seriously, if I can't have it, I want it, and if I want it, I have to make it or else I panic and feel restricted. To me it's about being able to breathe, love, live and nosh. That's why you see so many restaurant knock offs, snacks, appetizers and pizzas coming from me. I need gooey, cheesy, crunchy, bold and fun. I didn't sign up for a lifetime of green lettuce and omelets. |

Just enjoyed a delicious dinner combination of BBQ baby back ribs, radish hash browns with onion, and cucumber slices with Ranch dressing.
