Wait... you're saying I shouldn't have posted that pic?!

Well that explains it!!

All I know is I'm switching my photo hosting to Photobucket and crossing my fingers for next time!

I use photobucket for everything. I have one for my glass portfolio, one for images to be used on forums and one to load full of pictures of The Spawn for grandmas and the like. People who are after my art, are not wanting to sift through pages of the boychild. People who are after pics of the boychild, dont' want to troll through 8 pages of glass. And sometimes i9 don't want ANYONE seeing what i am putting in the forums. Like pictures of you cooking Ooopsies sans drawers!!!

Sorry I haven't posted in a while... I haven't been cooking. I've actually been eating some fast food salads... actually really good salads... Tonight I whipped up a little quickie meal... here it is!

1 hamburger patty is a jalapeno/monteray jack
1 hamburger patty is an onion (top with a little ketchup, tastes like my meatloaf!)
And a salad with romaine hearts, cucumber, purple onion and anchove chipotle dressing (left over from Wendys but nice and spicy! Wish I could find a bottle!)

Hi to all the new people!!! Nice to see you here!!!

Amber - your baked cauliflower looks SO GOOD! I really need to buy a head and get it cooked... it's been a couple of weeks since I've had cauliflower... mmmmm....

hello gals n guys...

my picture is so small, sorry!!!

my recipe is really simple cos i'm lazy! haha

i boiled the cauliflower and made it soft.... broke them into small florets first and boil, with a pinch of salt in the water...

then drain off the water after it boiled and looks relatively soft. i just put in mayonnaise and butter to "marinate" it.

in the baking tray i put a piece of parchment paper, put half the cauliflower in and spread it out. i tear up 2 slices of normal sandwich cheese, any kind will do, sprinkle some pepper, lay mozarella on top....not alot.

then the rest of the cauliflower goes in, as usual spread it out. u can add ham or crushed bacon, button mushrooms, whatever, then again i cover it up with mozarella...

Amber

here's today's breakfast.... nuked eggs with cheese and butter and a small slice of cheese cake made with just cream cheese and eggs.... same recipe as the cream cheese muffin in other threads, just that i put it in a baking tray with parchement paper instead of muffin pan....

If I go to Sonic, however, and order their toaster, I have them package the cheese separately on the side. This is because their bread is so soggy, cheese sticks to it.
I always order my burger w/o the bun because I have Celiac Disease and the bun can't even touch my food. The RR in Longmont is really great about it. They bring me all of the extras on the side and I pile them on. The oopsies make WONDERFUL hamburger buns! Thanks for sharing Cleo!

Not 100% sure what qualifies as food porn but here was my first Induction dinner. White fish (wahoo), parmesian cheese, mayo, dill, onion, dry mustard.
I don't know the accurate carb count but I broke it down best I could in Fitday.

Brisket and Salad... my new addiction!!! I'll be making it again tomorrow.

Pork Rind Nachos with Cheddar and Sour Cream... really good for a quickie meal or snack.

Diorskin: Please post the recipe for the fish recipe you posted... I've been thinking about it all day and I want to make it with chicken.

Ok, here ya go.
1 cup of mayo
3/4 cup of shredded parmesian cheese
crushed garlic - optional
1 tblsp of dill
1/2 tspn of dry mustard
a splash of white wine - or water. I have used both. Even lemon juice works.
1 onion, sliced thin

Mix everything up except the onion.

Preheat oven to 400.

Place onion on cookie sheet, place dipped fish or chicken into mayo.

Cook uncovered - fish I cook for 23 minutes. Chicken pieces? I am not sure.

So good. I crave this dish.

Hi 2big
Dipped fish is when you take the fish, cut in chunks and dip it in the gooey mix per recipe. I called it dip fish. lol

I think any kind of white fish would work for this.

Jenn,
I am going to try it with chicken...maybe this week. Let me/us know if you do it first because I am not sure about cooking time.

Pastrami Hero on an oopsie. I made the oopsies to resemble hoagie rolls when I put them on the cookie sheet. Those rolls make great hot dog buns or sub sammiches.
