Crazy Hidden egg meatloaf looks Good!
I heard that it's the Italian way of making meatloaf and it stretches the meat when you're poor. |

I thought the stevia extract had negligible carbs - unlike the one w/ maltodextrin or lactose added. It would have a fraction as it is from an herb, so it would be like adding parsley or something, but you use so little. I've never counted carbs for my stevia. Are you talking about the pure extract or the one that's bulked up like Splenda is?

And not only that.....how much stevia are you using?!?!?! LOL
I would think it would take a lot more than some stevia in your coffee to keep you at losing zero....there has to be something else going on. Let us see your daily menu and maybe we can help |

The new stevia brands (such as truvia and suncrystals), as well as one I saw in the health food store in packets (NuNaturals) have carby ingredients added so that the product has more volume, such that there's more in there than just a tiny bit of powder that could get caught in the corners of the packet.

Here is the Pic of my fresh picked veggie's out of my greenhouse. We got a new computer for christmas so i am having some problems down and uploading . I made a cucumber salad with a little sour cream,a dash of applecider vinegar and dill ,broccoli was steamed and devoured and hubby had tomato's. Now that my downloading program works i will post more cooked food pic's. |

That plate looked licked!
![]() Nummy pix of the fajitas. Loaded Caulif...have to try that! Hey, I finally fried up my Queso Fresco yesterday. I'm thinking I won't freeze that cheese next time (froze it cuz I was leaving town). It sorta wanted to fall apart when I cut it into slices before I fried it. And...perhaps I used too much olive oil to fry it in too. And...I sorta burnt a few of them. Geez!Well, it still tasted good. I dipped the cheese in Chile Verde. Anyone think that Queso is a bit Salty? It was for me. ![]() |
