Oh yeah and I didn't feel like browning hamburger, so I put Steak-ums on the pizza LOL. I want to make a buffalo chicken pizza using this crust!!!!

If you're frying the queso blanco in a non-stick pan, you really shouldn't need any oil at all. I remember being amazed when I first saw a demo-lady cooking it at Costco, since she was cooking it without any kind of fat to keep it from sticking.

When I made it, it sorta partially melted, but I just waited until the bottom was crispy before trying to turn it over and cook the other side.

And I think I did it over medium or even medium high heat - but it's been so long ago now that I can't recall exactly.

Here's a blurry (sorry) pic of my Sausage Veggie Scramble. Umm...I didn't eat it all. I saved 1/2 for the next day.

And...Here's a photo of Brekkers @ Charley's in Maui. Umm...BTW...I took a takeout container and had another brekkers w/the leftovers.

Here's some more porn!

Here's my big slice of oopsie beef pizza with a side salad and ranch dressing. I put extra batter on the around the edge to make it thicker and look more like real pizza. It tasted sooo good! I wasnt expecting it to taste that good, its the next best thing to real pizza

Here's my version of asian lo mein. It has Angel hair shirataki noodles, shrimp, chicken breast chunks, green peppers, bok choy, broccoli, green & yellow onions, and carrots. The seasoning I used include garlic and onion powder, ginger, soy sauce, sesame seed oil, and low carb chili pepper garlic sauce.

It's Linda's deep dish pizza crust recipe, I believe it can be found in the PORK section of her recipes...

i made my own pizza sauce & just topped with whatever was in the fridge LOL

Definately will just make it with pepperoni & shrooms or a buffalo chicken pizza next time. I don't really care for beef on pizza.

Will have to try out LSue's deep dish Pizza. The recipe seems easier than the cauliflower crust recipe.
BTW...I found that recipe it was Cleochatra's.

I just had some hash-browned radishes. (2 net carbs/4 oz raw radishes) They were ugly, because I was distracted by the computer and sorta burnt some of it, so no photo - but oh my goodness, they were good. Cooking radishes seems to take the heat out of them - I've heard of people boiling them up like potatoes too.

Yesterday morning I diced some radishes and fried them up, topped with an easy over egg. Yeah, it was good! I learned that you have to be careful on the salt though, they don't seem to need much. Who knew cooked radishes would be so good?

I am so curious about these cooked radishes. So the spice mellows out and they are the texture of a hashbrown? Do you think kids would eat them?

I haven't made them as hashbrowns yet but I did boil them for 10 mins or until tender and added butter and parsley and they were darn close to Parsley Butter potatoes.

I don't know if kids will eat them or not... tell you what I'll make some again tonight and see if my 3 year old will eat them! It'd be great if she did! She's usually good with veggies... usually... so it's worth a try!

I made some more radish hash-browns this morning, and noticed that they smelled quite radish-y when cooking, and that the smell really lingered in the house.

They still tasted slightly radish-y too, but I may have been in too much of a hurry and should have cooked them a bit longer too. They cook more quickly than potatoes, but yeah, the cooked texture is similar to potatoes.

I'm wondering how they'd do sliced thin and fried up like potato chips, whether they'd need to be nearly burnt to be crisp enough...

Time for more experimentation!
