similar to yesterday, this time 2 eggs over easy topped with diced tomato, cooked crumbled bacon, sauteed spinach, sour cream & green onions it was yummy

OKAY so I'll skip the breakfast picture this morning and try to have a good lunch photo even though my breakfast was FABULOUS it's a little redundant. I'm feeling much better today so I'll be putting more effort into my noontime meal! Bring on the pictures people!

This is the best thread ever. I was really worried about staying with the program but after seeing all the great food and the possiblities makes me feel more confident I can do this. Glad to know about fennel hopefully it will get rid of the bad taste that seems to linger....

Love that Avatar! That's a boxer, right? I didn't want to turn the compuer around to make sure. I have a female boxer named Safi Sue that lays on my lap that way and sleeps while I tickle her tummy.

I agree, the Scotch Eggs are the best! I am so grateful for this thread and this website. I have gotten soooo many great recipes and ideas from cruising this site. Thanks for sharing!

I made a "deep-dish pizza" from Linda's website tonight and took pictures. Will have to post them later when I have more time! Turned out pretty good, but wish I'd had pepperoni!!!

Here are pics of the pizza I made yesterday! Not really "deep dish". And next time I make it I will just do pepperoni and mushrooms and a little more sauce. It was super easy to make and was very satisfying!

Oh yeah and I didn't feel like browning hamburger, so I put Steak-ums on the pizza LOL. I want to make a buffalo chicken pizza using this crust!!!!

If you're frying the queso blanco in a non-stick pan, you really shouldn't need any oil at all. I remember being amazed when I first saw a demo-lady cooking it at Costco, since she was cooking it without any kind of fat to keep it from sticking.

When I made it, it sorta partially melted, but I just waited until the bottom was crispy before trying to turn it over and cook the other side.

And I think I did it over medium or even medium high heat - but it's been so long ago now that I can't recall exactly.

On...Yeah, Brekkers is Breakfast.

Here's a blurry (sorry) pic of my Sausage Veggie Scramble. Umm...I didn't eat it all. I saved 1/2 for the next day.


And...Here's a photo of Brekkers @ Charley's in Maui. Umm...BTW...I took a takeout container and had another brekkers w/the leftovers.
