Matrigna! Hi!!!! I wandered over here a few months ago but have been MIA. As you know, now back to induction.
I still want to know what "egg cream" is. Is it the same as eggnog? Okay, guys, here's my (in)famous Caesar Salad Dressing. I quadruple the recipe; it keeps fine in the refrigerator. In Blender: 1 clove garlic 1 tsp dry mustard 2 tbsp lemon juice 3 tbsp EVOO 2 eggs - yolks only Tabasco (about 4 shakes) Worcestershire Anchovy paste (about 2 inches from the tube) 1/2 C parmesan (in the can) - add more if it's not thick enough Hearts of romaine, veins removed, dried well Shredded (not grated) Parmesan Cubed oopsies, oven dried for croutons?? Toss and eat!!!! Does anyone else order from Netrition? I think it's wonderful. $4.95 for delivery? It costs that much in gas to go to the grocery store, only to discover that they don't have what you want in the first place. More recipes tomorrow. G'night Peeps. ![]()

Oh heather, if those yolks are raw you really shouldn't keep it longer than 2 days. Salmonella poisoning really is no fun!

![]() I dont know the ingredient measurements, I just go by taste. But for the chicken, I season about 10 wings with seasoned salt or creole seasoning, black pepper, garlic and onion powder, basil, and chili powder (or whatever seasoning u like). Add one egg and mix it around with the seasoned chicken. Then in a seperate plate, pour some parmesan cheese and take each wing, one-by-one, and roll them in the cheese until fully coated. Then, I fry the wings in my fry daddy deep fryer (low carber's best friend) and let them fry until golden brown. ![]() |

![]() I follow Cleo's Best Oopsie ever recipe but instead of using cream of tartar, I use Xanthan Gum. It makes the whites VERY stiff and easier to work with. U wont have to worry about them deflating, lol. Also, I add 1T of Whey Protein Powder to the yolk mixture to give my oopsies a more bready texture. I make them buttery by greasing the cookie sheet with butter, and spraying the oopsies with Butter flavored Pam before baking them. U can use real butter spray too and it works the same, but I just have Pam right now, lol. It gives the outside a nice golden buttery flakey texture, while the inside kinda melts in ur mouth like a crissant ![]() |

Cheesy Broccoli Happiness
Heres my latest tasty treat. It started as a quick throw together, and ended up as a family favorite.
![]() 1 pkg. steam in bag Broccoli 1/2 cup heavy cream 2 tbsp butter 2 tbsp cream cheese 1 cup cheddar cheese 2 slices american cheese 3 dashes onion powder 2 dashes salt 2 dashes pepper Steam the Broccoli according to bag directions. Remove from bag and put into a microwavable covered dish. Add heavy cream and cheddar cheese and mix well. Cut butter and cream cheese into small pieces and put on top of mixture. Cover and microwave on high for three minutes. Stir well and all other ingredients (break the american cheese into small pieces). Recover and microwave on high for three more minutes. Uncover and let sit for a few minutes to thicken. |

This has so much flavor. I use BBQ pork rinds and smash them in a bag. Take the chicken and wash with a scrambled egg then put it in the BBQ bag, bake at 400 Yum Yum Yum put on my lettuce and add dressing. I always use Ken cause they taste great all except the ranch not a fan of the rance but the ceaser 0 carbs and Italian 1 net carb are awesome

Here's a big slice of beef oopsie pizza with a side salad and ranch dressing. I put extra batter around the edges to make the crust thicker on the side and look like real pizza. Its actually pretty good! Tasted just like the real thing
