Check out my mini cheesecakes!!!

OK... I made these for my low carb Superbowl party tomorrow. I'm so proud! I'm not sure if the cherry pie filling topping is technically induction friendly... but the rest is! My calculations show them at 2 carbs a piece (including the SF pie filling). I used the recipe in this thread:

Cream Cheese Muffins

Yeah... I kind of thought that it was a no no. That's too bad. The SF Pie filling only adds 1 carb. I took 1/3 cup (1 serving according to package) and spread it out between eight mini cheesecakes to equal 1 carb.

Could be induction friendly if you frost them with a little sweetened cream cheese or a little blob of whip cream.

For anyone wondering what Induction Friendly is, here is the list:

Acceptable Foods List

And if you get the post induction food porn rockin', let me know the link. I agree, we do need one.

I took this a while back, so I'm not sure I remember what all is in it. I believe it's a chicken salad w/ tons of toppings.

This is dinner for me tonight. Filet Mignon and grilled shrimp on green beans. 'nuff said.

lol!! Seriously, it only takes a little time to make these. I need to do a video, but I am wretched with the editing and all that. It really is quick and easy. I think it's easier than working with flour dough.

Chili n' Cheese

Hi everyone,

I'm on here everyday drooling over the pictures and decided to give it a try today.

This is ground beef fried, then drained, and put in the crock pot for 2 hours with chopped mushrooms, olives, and chiles. I served it with a dollop of mayo/mustard mixed thru and a little shredded cheese on top!

sorry pic didn't post

Hey Cleo!!!
Just put a batch of oopsies in the oven....out of cream cheese...so used kraft mayo. I've done this befor, and like them both ways. Well, now i'm out of mayo..
BUT.....I'm having an affair with the Kraft - Hot&Spicy mayo.(I use it on dang near everything) - I use it at the bar on one of my best selling burgers...
what do you think?? Have you ever used a flavored mayo to make these??? maybe even a horseradish mayo. I'm out of time today, or I'd try it, gotta go back to the bar.

JAN
