You will find them in the spice aisle at the store. Right there at the spice rack - wherever they keep the oversized bottles.

Bacon Maple Quiche

[6] 6 oz cream cheese (softened)
[0] 6 eggs
[0] 1 package (2.? oz) REAL Bacon Bits (can cook up a few slices and crumble instead)
[0] Davinci's Sugar Free Pancake Syrups

Preheat oven to 375 F.

Beat eggs, cream cheese, and a small splash of davinci's sugar free pancake syrup until mixed thoroughly. Mix in bacon bits and pour into glass 8x8 baking dish sprayed well with Original Pam.

Put in oven for 5-7 minutes. Remove. Put a large splash on top of the quiche and cut into the mixture with a knife to allow the syrup to fall into the mixture. Return to oven for 37-40 minutes until cooked all the way through.

Cryssi, I need to try that chicken. How did you like it? Anything changes you think need be done?
Nadi, Chicken wings are my FAVORITE! Those look delicious!
Patricia we do a lot of Scotch eggs around my house too! Those look great! I love the lettuce/tomato with it! Never thought of that!

My camera is not cooperating with me lately. I need to have it fixed or get a new one.
I made some awesome soup tonight. Let me find the link for you guys and the recipe.
I don't think I posted it before.....

BARBO'S ROASTED RED PEPPER & TOMATO SOUP
2 tablespoons butter
2 tablespoon olive oil
2 12-ounce jars roasted red peppers, drained and coarsely chopped, 15 ounces drained weight
14.5 ounce can diced tomatoes
3 cups chicken broth
1/4 cup red onion, minced
2 cloves garlic, minced
4-5 leaves fresh basil *
1/2 teaspoon onion powder *
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder *
1/2 teaspoon pepper
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon dried basil
2 tablespoons granular Splenda or equivalent liquid Splenda
1 cup heavy cream

Combine everything except the cream in a large pot. Bring to a boil then simmer over low heat, covered, 25 minutes, stirring often. Remove from the heat and cool slightly before pureeing in a blender or with an immersion blender. Stir in the cream and adjust the seasonings to taste.

Makes 7 cups or 7 servings

* I had all of the ingredients on hand except the fresh basil so I left it out. Barbo used 1 tablespoon each onion and garlic powder. I reduced the amount to save on carbs. Add one more carb per serving if you use a full tablespoon of each.

Per Serving: 232 Calories; 20g Fat; 4g Protein; 9g Carbohydrate; 2g Dietary Fiber; 7g Net Carbs

This is very good and I'm not usually crazy about tomato soup. There is only a half carb savings per serving by using liquid Splenda instead of granular so I didn't bother posting separate counts.

I look at this thread so much that I figured I should post something.

Everything here was made from a recipe on this site

This is all real simple food but I love it. I missed my honey mustard.. this recipe hit the spot.
