Thin and Crispy Pizza Crust Heat oven to 450 degrees In a bowl thoroughly combine 3 eggs 3 cups shredded mozzarella cheese 1 tsp garlic powder 1 tsp basil press evenly into Pam sprayed pizza pan or cookie sheet (this makes one 16 inch pizza crust) Bake at 450 degrees until golden brown (about 10 to 15 minutes) Add pizza sauce ( I buy the lowest carb kind), toppings, broil until done -------------------------------------- Here's the quiche, you can tweak this too... 6 eggs 1 cup heavy cream 1 cup grated cheese (I used cheddar) salt and pepper Then I added some stuff 1/2 cup crumbled feta cheese sauteed onion, with musrooms, a handful of frozen spinach a handful of diced ham or crumbled bacon about 1/2 tsp. garlic powder Preheat oven to 350F and butter your baking dish. Beat eggs, cream salt, pepper, garlic powder together in a large bowl. Add cheeses. In a large skillet, saute veggies and ham until the veggies are thawed and everything is warmed through. Add to egg mixture. Pour in prepared baking dish and bake for 40 min. or until set and nicely browned. Usually a recipe follows the picture, scroll back a page, I made a delish chicken and spinache dish last night. Here are some links too or you can google LC recipes. I saw some cheese cakes here, but can't remember which page...here is the popular cream cheese muffins. Google low Carb cheesecake and there should be many to chose from.
super easy, pick your sweetner cause we all use something different. 16 oz cream cheese 2 eggs 1/2 tsp vanilla extract 1/2 cup sweetener ( I use the liquid sucralose to save 12 carbs) Soften the cream cheese for 40 sec in the microwave. Add other ingredients and mix it all together. Place batter into 12 muffin cups and bake at 350 for 20 minutes. They'll rise up, then fall down and get really dense- they're like little mini cheesecakes. You could use any sf syrup (davinci, torani). If you use vanilla flavor, you could probably skip the extract. You could soften a few ounces of cream cheese in the microwave, add a couple of packs or drops of Splenda and some extract as icing to these. I ate these during induction and lost 15 in 2 weeks. This pizza is too easy for you not to make and treat yourself. Imagine never having to put your hands in dough. My kids love it. My DD made is for my 15 yr old DS while we were on vacation. He's lost 40 since June.

That was the first one I ever made. I made one a couple of days ago with just pepperoni, mushrroms and cheese. I used what I had here for that one...chicken italian sausage, turkey pepperoni, olives, some stuff I usually dont have on hand.
There is one that you use cauliflower or zuchinni in the crust, this one is easier, but I do plan on trying the others. |

Yes, these are legal food. The pizza crust is eggs and cheese, you dicide on toppings. I used mushrooms, a few olives and meats. You can't eat the whole thing, and 2 slices is enough for most people. As long as you watch how much you consume you are fine. These are well known recipes in the LC community. The cream cheese muffins are 2 carbs eacg from the eggs and cheese, my recipe always makes about 16-18 so mine are less than 2 carbs. No idea on total counts for the pizza. I don't count anything but carbs. |

Goodin - what the heck is wrong with me? Can I not get the old high fat mentality out of my head.....I need to try and not listen to my mother, daughter....they are skinny and all no-fat people...they think I'm crazy for eating meats, butter, cream, etc...I think they are part of my problem cause then I start questioning what I'm doing. To do well, I need no sugar.
45 pounds!!!!! Congratulations and that is not that long..I am amazed. |

Wendy, I see your Livin La Vida Plan, Jimmy Moore really helped me get motivated to start LC. My Mom put me on LC as a teen (1977) and I lost 9 pounds, after that as an adult I couldn't stick 24 hours. I googled LC and found him on youtube, his videos really made a difference in my life. |

Jane - I am with you on the no sugar... I havent had any migraines since cutting out sugar either. I find that I can be a little more liberal with carbs as long as I dont do sugar. by that I mean maybe a serving of beans or something on occasion. I usually try to stick to around 20. Sorry if that was confusing.
Goodin - I do love Jimmy Moore! He is an inspiration. I am kinda doing my own low carb thing with a little of everyone else tied in ya know? I guess I have done this enough to know what works for my body and what doesnt. I know that I feel like CRAP when I stray and that is what I have to remind myself when I feel like I wont live without some chocolate or whatever the poison may be

I stay 20 too and do my own thing. I think I had steak and cantaloup on day 3, but it didn't hurt because I watch what I take in.
Yes, thos darlings do count as exercise!! I'm making oopsies so DS and I can hold our chicken salad tonight. lol Might try making an almond cookie. I use liquid Spenda (sucralose). As my neighbor there in GA. I'm sure you like your ice tea. I have not missed sugar since I started using liq sucralose, I started out with stevia and I could have lived with it had I not found sucralose. Better check the oven! |

After Induction try these. I made them today and they are the best no frills cookies I've made thus far.
The whole house smells like cookies!! Here is what I did. Beat 2 egg yolks with blender - almost 2 carbs add 2 ounces cream cheese, blend, blend, blend add 1/2 stick softened butter, not melted ( I had salted and tastes fine) 2 TBS Davincis syrup (I had French Vanilla) 1/2 tsp Liq. Splenda or equivalent = 1/3 cup granualar (8 carbs) - I always taste my batter just too be sure it's sweet enough. Stir in 1 cup blanched almond flour, if you use unblanched it may be too dry, this is whats been happening with me. = 12 net carbs ( 6 carbs per 1/4 cup - 3 fiber) Drop from teaspoon on parchment paper Bake at 350 until light golden brown. Does not taste eggy, does not taste of cream cheese at all. I think you could use any flavor of syrup or extract. Would be good as a lemon cookie too. If you decide to use Liq Spenda and not Davincis, then just use extra splenda and 1 TBS extract. 14 carbs per batch, made 12 nice size cookies at just over 1 carb each. Please make these, they aren't so weird tasting. ![]() ![]() ![]() |

Goodinlife - those look wonderful! So many more goodies to look forward to once I'm done with induction. I wonder how the cookies would be with unsweetened coconut added. I Love coconut so I'm always trying to add it to everything I can! LOL

Hi everybody! It's cool to see my pizza crust recipe (eggs & Cheese) has made its way over here!
![]() I think Linda Sue has it on her site with all the counts. I have a few of these variations on my blog, and others are in the recipe forum, as well. Also, Charski has a variation called cheesy buns, that act as a sandwich holder (for lack of a better description) . That's on my blog and on the recipe forum as well! Carry on. ![]() |
