It is one I got from Linda's Low Carb Recipes website. I have always loved almond cookies but this is the low carb version. Here it is:

Have you tried the Mock Fried Rice?!?! I made it last night and I can't get over how good it was...fried rice has been one of my major downfalls trying to do Induction, this will SAVE ME!! My son couldn't even tell that it wasn't rice!!
Linda is a Godsend!!

No, but I plan to try it. I have copied a LOT of her recipes. My husband keeps growling about how much ink and paper I am using, but I have to copy them because I don't have the computer in the kitchen. I am making a big loose-leaf notebook with plastic page protectors for all the low carb recipes I am collecting.

Great site for recipes there.

you can always use the PB recipe that uses 1 C splenda 1 cup PB and 1 egg baked at 325 and use almond butter instead, but nuts are an OWl rung 3 food.

good for you fluffy. you can always print on the back of your pages to save paper.

I posted a pic of my little LC recipe book in the recipe help forum. I copy and paste the recipes into word and print out 4 x 6 size. Saves paper and ink
