I learned something recently
So tomorrow is the end of my two weeks on my first induction. Followed the plan to the T and the weight dropped off fast. 20Lbs to be exact.
But over the last 2 days, I slipped. Didn't cheat, but didn't eat enough veggies or for that matter, didn't enough food, didn't drink enough water, went more than 6hrs without eating and for the last 2 days, haven't lost any weight. The reason for my change in eating was for a couple reasons. Stress being one from financial issues, lack of groceries in the house and no time to get any, but just an overall lack of hunger. I realize that none of these are no excuse and im realizing that now. Probably could have been at 25Lbs loss if I had stuck with it and followed the rules. Tomorrow is a new day and I will be eating properly, drinking tons of water, and being worthy to myself. Even noticed this evening my temptation to cheat was higher than normal. |

glad you noticed and caught it in time soi you didn't cheat.
hope you measured too so you can see the fat being burned off during the coming weeks when the scale for normal human being reasons doesn't say you are doing a good job working your plan. happy low carbing ETA forgot to say woo hoo congrats on that 20 pounds gone forever!!! |
