Can I still consider myself undergoing Induction?

Breakfast - three fried chicken drumsticks
snack - turkey roll up using LC tortilla (5g net carb)
lunch - a bowl of caesar salad with grilled chicken strips, no croutons

?

Well, I suppose you can call it anything you'd like, Antigone

You know that the LC tortilla's aren't induction appropriate. They're not even OWL appropriate for quite some time (till you climb to the grains rung of OWL).

Ya need those veggies!! A single salad doesn't cut it, and ideally you should spread those carbs out over the course of the day so as to avoid blood sugar spikes.

Overall, not bad though- but there's room for improvement! Stick to the induction allowed foods list and you'll do much better for yourself!

I wish you success!

Antigone- I'm sure it's only a matter of time before someone comes along and lectures you on induction. And they will be right- it's not "induction" per se unless you're following the rules of induction and only eating from the list of acceptable foods. It sounds like you're doing what a lot of us are doing- kinda your own thing. Staying at under 20 g of carbs per day, but perhaps straying slightly from the acceptable foods. We should really come up with a name in lieu of induction for this method, heh?

Your stats don't say you're on Induction, which is a very plan-specific term - so I'd wouldn't worry about it. Instead I'd just call it something generic if I chose to eat more liberally. The confusion comes when apologists claim they're doing Induction but disregard the rules, encourage others to do the same, then get their knickers in a twist when it's pointed out. BrookJay's advice is spot-on, as usual; if you choose to do Induction now it'll be awhile before you use the wraps again.

yep get out your DANDR and reread chapter 11 so the rules are fresh in your mind and you can do it. Work your Atkins correctly this time and you will not have to redo it over and over cause you learned what eating correct foods and controlling your impluse eating can do for your body as you progress to maintenance you will also learn what foods in what amounts your body can handle keeping your blood sugar and cravings in control too.

happy low carbing
