D'oh!

I was just re-reading the acceptable food list and noticed that cream cheese is counted as a cheese. I know that seems silly, but I was thinking of it as a condiment, like mayonnaise.

D'oh!! I was eating 3-4 oz of cheese a day plus 1-2 oz cream cheese.
Not a big uh-oh, and I still have lost a good deal of weight these first two weeks, but maybe this will increase the loss.

See how it effects you...everyone is different. Some people are able to eat insane amounts of cheese & other fatty foods and it actually helps them lose MORE.

Of course it's always better to eat veggies and lean proteins, but I'm just saying it may not be as bad as you thought.

Good luck!
