Starting Dance Aerobics
Is it okay to stay on the induction phase of Atkins while doing this 3x's a week? I feel GREAT on induction - and want to stay here for a while.

I think as long as you do plan to come off induction eventually and follow the other phases you should be fine. My problem right now is that I just want to lay down for a while b/c my body is using so much energy switching from burning carbs to burning fat...

I Thought that I had read that you can safely stay in induction for up to six months? I have my book at home, I'll check it again. And exercise is a must.
