I felt like total shat for about 15 days. I almost went to the doctor. Towards the end of it I chugged water and quit all caffeine. I feel normal now but can't say I feel super energetic. At least I don't feel sick. I don’t think there is enough stuff in my day to make me energetic.

If you've lost a lot of water very quickly, you might need to take a potassium supplement. The body goes through a lot of changes initially, and it's common to feel bad, but it should stop after a few days. Make sure you are taking a multivitamin.

I am eating strictly by the book. The cleanest of clean. I have done induction before so I know exactly what I should and should not be eating. I cook all my own food so, if anything is questionable then I don't eat it. Eggs, chicken, salad, beef, a little mayo here and there. I think it was the eggs though because I haven't eaten them yesterday and today and I have felt much better. I am drinking 100 oz water a day.

How do you define "salad".

You need 12-15 net carbs from vegetables. Lettuce won't get you there.

Rather than a pill, eat an avocado. 877 mg. of potassium per fruit.

And be sure you are eating. This is not a diet. Have you put your foods in FitDay?

Sorry, I forgot to add the vegetables to my previous post. But, yes I do the veggies straight from the induction list. I appreciate all your help but I think I'm over the bout of sickness. I still feel a little weak but Im feeling much better now.

Guess what, I had food poisoning the whole time, I bought eggs from the supermarket last Friday and they were bad. I just so happened to look at the date on the box and they were dated 2/6/07. Man did I get the short end of the stick I wonder if anyone else got some too. Its crazy. I took the eggs back and they tried to give me more eggs but I refused them. I just told them not to let it happen again. They offered to pay for my Dr. bill but because I didn't go to the doctor they couldn't. They gave me a gift certificate for $100.00 instead. Boy did I learn my lesson, I'll always check dates before I buy from now on. I usually do but I was in a rush that day so poor me huh?
The eggs tasted good though.
