The time has come.....

Yesterday I made a decision. It's time that I get this weight off once and for all. I did it 4 years ago. I lost 100 lbs. on Atkins. Two wonderful, precious little girls later, I've gained back 57 lbs. My youngest is 2 now. I've decided it's high time to get back to being a hot momma. LOL I am soooo motivated this time. I've had many, many.... many false starts in the last 2 years. But no more. This is my year and I'm gonna do it.

I am a soon to be 27 SAHM from NC starting at 222 lbs. I'm going to get to my low weight of 165 and hope to maybe go a little farther. Are there any induction challenges going on that I might participate in?

I've been a member of these boards for a long time and I attribute my success to them. Without this place I know I never would have done it. I look forward to chatting with you all and sharing in your journeys. Thanks for reading and I wish everyone success in their endeavours.

I've eaten my scrambled eggs with bacon and cheese and now I'm off to work out on the gazelle. Be back later! Have a super day!
