How many calories are you eating?

For those who count carbs and calories, how many calories do you allow each day? What's a healthy range? I've read books that say don't go under 1500, but as a vegetarian, I can't reach 1500 and still stay under 20-25 grams of carbs per day. (Unless I eat straight butter, spooining it from the tub...which doesn't sound that heathy to me.)

I eat about 1200 calories per day, sometimes more... sometimes less... but when I keep my carbs under 20 for the day I find it much easier to keep my calories in check.... I tell myself as long as I keep my carbs under 20 and I listen to what my body needs then if it tells me it needs more one day... I just give it a little more.

I eat around 2000 per day. But I also eat between 50 and 100 grams of carbs daily as well.

I always eat until I am full

Eating till I am satisfied and full is the way to go for me. In Fitday I see that my average calorie intake is about 1500 every day. That's about the amount of calories my body burns in rest. All the other things burn up that fat on my belly
