Questions about induction
1. How many CLA do you take a day?
2. What do you take to keep your bowels moving regularly? 3. Is peanuts ok on induction? 5. What do you do about the bad taste in your mouth? Thanks in advance for your help? ![]() Last edited by peace2me : 10-29-2005 at 03:20 PM. |

Peace2Me,
I brush my teeth more often and rinse well. I drink my WATER, lots of it. For bowels, I take Vit C, it is ascorbic acid so is a stool softner, then you need some gassy veggies at the back of that, brocolli, cabbage, cauliflower will do, Also you can take psyllium, it is a husk from the natural food store, just sprinkles over you food. It is tasteless and provides bulk and binds with the cholesterol we are eating and takes it out of your system. Exercise also helps the bowels too. Nuts come later on in this WOE. Good Luck hope this helps. Good questions! |
