Did my 60 minutes cardio this morning with 20 minutes weight training & leg lifts.....Ooooppps! Forgot to change my stat! lol Will do so later.

Stevie....you are a workin machine!! i havent done anything yet...tonite im meeting someone at the gym. I finally got her to join after months of coaxing! now maybe ill get that push! will post later.......i think i have walked everyday this week so far, when you get to my age its hard to keep track!

had leftover lean ground beef burgers for breakfast (no roll of course) and coffee with cream.....

Good morning to all! I was supposed to be bowling this morning but instead am watching my 10 yr old grandson who is home sick from school. I am going to try to get in my abs and bowflex later but probably wont walk today. Hope you all have a good one.

Morning all,

everyone is always ahead of me.....oh maybe it is the time difference

so im feeling better this morning,there has been so many colds and flu around its crazy.
So im just staying home and doing house work,take a mile or 2 walk and 30 minutes tai-bo

Mel...the Airboren is all the rage in NJ I bought it at a CVS drugstore.
works just as good as chicken soup im sure!!! (but im no cook!)

Speaking of exercise posts,

Janet and i were talking about a new goal thread as of Nov 1st.
We are thinking of calling it something like 55 days and losing it....i like that name Janet.!
55 days will take us till Xmas,so daily thread with menu's and exercise,I still like the 20/30 thing and i think Tyrone Bill does too.

well who is in.?

Lori,it is just something different when starting out new......but what does everyone think?

This new challenge will aliminate the 2 threads we have going and start us all out new and fresh.It will have the menu's and the exercise??

I'm in too - I can't excercise regularly at a gym but I walk daily and will put on some exercise dvds I have! what the heck, it's better than nothing!

I walk every morning 15-45 min I mountain bike on dirt trails 3-4 times a week for 1-2 hrs.
I'm not full LC I do low fat, moderate carbs, calorie count, portion control.
I have lost 25# in last 10 weeks doing this style of diet. I give a lot of the credit to my mountain bike which I have given the name Gonzuki The Fat Burner.
