Meaning of different terms?

I've figured out some of them, like frankenfoods and a couple of others but is there a place to go to find out what some of the phrases mean? Can anyone tell me what a "whoosh" is? I think I know what it is but would like it explained a bit further. Thank you for your help.

hi Denise -

a whoosh is when the scale is stuck at the same weight for a couple of weeks, or even a couple of months, and all of a sudden *WHOOSH* you lose a good amount of weight all at one time...

some people also say it's a visit from the "whoosh fairy"...
