Does my menus look okay...??

Normally I make a batch of egg salad (5 eggs, mayo) and eat it for breakfast and the rest of it for snack before I leave work. For lunch I eat chicken then for dinner I just eat whatever meat I cook at home. Does it sound like I'm eating right? Not too much or too less?? I started a week ago. I haven't weighed myself but go by how my clothes feel and they still are tight. Just curious if it's what I'm eating or not eating. Thanks!

Sounds good, I'd maybe add some fats with the chicken at lunch time. Like some mayo or even Alfredo Sauce. Yum.

What other fat can I add besides mayo, I think I get plenty mayo with the egg salad....Is dipping it in ranch dressing okay or no?

Well if you can find a recipe without sour cream or other off plan ingredients, yes. There is a A 72 recipe thread with some good sauce recipes that are perfectly okay.

Atkins 72 Induction Hard Core Recipes

The Alfredo sauce and also the chicken cordon bleu are very good and easy to make. I make ahead and keep in the fridge for a couple days.

It's always helpful to put you menu into a popular online calculator (obviously can't link it on here, sorry) if you aren't sure. Sometimes it can be a real eye opener.
