Well, some of it's still there but it's sitting on top of my thighs now
I looked online but they seem to range from 40-55 dollars.
I look terrible in a skirt now so I'd like to find something to improve my Nerf backside. Really, it's a Nerf!!
Ya ever squeeze a Nerf ball............ same thing!!!!
Try booty pop panties lol. I brought them before. They didn't work for my shape, but they had good reviews.

Slow after first week

Lost 6 pounds first week and now it stopped. Was happy to see advice that sometimes you only see a loss one week a month. So I will stick to induction. I feel a little leaner around the waistline but the scales haven't reflected much yet. Atkins 72 is for me. My husband loves it and he doesn't need to lose.

I have not seen an additional weight loss in 2 weeks now, but I lost an additional 1/2" off my waist and another 1/2" off my hips.

Nope, nothing's working?? Maybe Walmart in Canada thinks we don't need our booties enhanced?? I dunno? No such up here.

WOE: A 72 Induction (Hard Core!)
Hi all!

I'm new to this group but not low carb. I just yesterday started Atkins 72 Induction and plan on doing it hard core! For this week I plan on giving up dairy as well. Which is HARD. I love cheese so much. But I find I lose better when I omit it. So no cream either, only coconut oil in my coffee for now. :{

I also tend to weigh daily but I'm going to try to stay off the scale until next Sunday. I would be thrilled with 3 pounds.

I have posted my menus in AUGUST "HARD CORE" ATKINS '72 INDUCTION MENU and it would be awesome if everyone did as I'm going to need ideas.

Brown79 - Stay strong!

Liz - the first week weight comes off pretty easily then it takes the body time to adjust to the new way you're eating. I was stuck in the 149-146 range for 32 days, I stayed on plan and finally is broke 146, it was a great feeling. Stick with the plan, it does work, as so many here can attest! And remember, you're the Boss! I think our bodies try to see if we are really serious about losing weight or just going through the motions, something inside is saying "you're gonna crack, you're gonna crack, I know you're gonna crack! and I'm gonna make you work to make me let loose of these pounds that you put on me!!"

Today's weigh in was 143.4. I had a NSV today, I put on a belt that has 5 holes. I started out in the 2nd hole and today I'm in the 5th! I'm hoping that soon that means belt shopping or punching another hole - either way, it's good!!

Paulette - Sometimes inches lost are even better than pounds lost, your body is reshaping itself. Good girl!

My vote is for inches over pounds any day!!
There's a few of us that know that "stuck" feeling all too well !

Paulette- yay great job inches lost is a good thing. I need to start measuring too! It will just be another thug I can obsess over losin inches haha.

Emerald- welcome to the group! I too find that I lose better when I stay away from the cheese.

Well ladies I turned 31 today. Nothing too exciting going on I went to my exercise class today and dropped my oldest off at school. I don't have anything special planned for today just relaxing. I am going to make langustino which tastes just like lobster for dinner with garlic butter. Then I will be back on the egg fast starting tomorrow morning. I did have some wine last night DH convinced me to have two glasses since it was an early birthday celebration. I was worried my scale would show a gain but it showed a loss of a pound! That was a good gift. Nothing else is going on today just tring to stay indoors and out of the heat. Have a great Monday ladies!

Well pooh. I'm sorry! I guess you can try the Sears one and return if it doesn't work but I agree that that does seem expensive for a bit of padding!!!! Still, if it makes you feel better in a dress I say try it if you can!

Hi Everyone,
Just wanted to say thank you, been back on Atkins strict 72 for 3 days and I have finally broke my one month stall. Was hovering from 165-168 for 5 weeks. Yay the scale said 164.4 this morning. I know it isn't much but for me it's huge. You all seem great and I have learned so much already from reading your posts. Hope it's okay to jump in. I think reading and posting will help me immensely.

Wow, it's been so busy in here that I can hardly keep up!

Skinny - I hope it was wonderful!

to all of the new posters! I'm pretty new too! I'm not new to low carbing, but I'm back after a looooong break. Today was Day 8 of Induction for me.

Tomorrow will be my first weigh in since Thursday morning. I know I'm in ketosis, but I don't know if I managed to lose weight over the weekend. I ate on plan the entire time, but there was some beer drinking as I had predicted. I guess tomorrow the scale will let me know if I shot myself in the foot!

I made that delicious quiche again tonight so I'm all set with an easy delicious breakfast all week long. When you fail to plan, you plan to fail, right??

I hope everyone had a great day! I will certainly a be back tomorrow to report my weigh in, regardless of the results. Fingers crossed!

Good night!

Emerald and liz2crow...this is the place to be for all the support you need!
You're melting Paulette! That's so great!!
Eve, good luck with WI tomorrow...
Bonny, I had replied to your booty post but I don't know what happened. I bought them years ago and they do the trick. I have no butt. But yes, they are expensive.
kmme, congrats on breaking that stall!!
Tweaker, time to get a new belt? Yay!!

Hope you all have a good night! Little guy cried in Kindergarten today--he said 3 times I cried Mommy...but tonight while watching the news, his picture showed up for a segment called "back to school photos"...i submitted it online and they showed it on the news twice, so he was pretty excited about that!!

Goodnight...

Good morning warrior ladies! Welcome to you new ladies! This is a great place for support and information. I honestly believe that if I didn't have this group I would not have gotten as far as I have.

Bonny-Jean, good luck on getting your booty back!

Happy Birthday skinny!

Paulette, inches are the best non scale victory. If my scale is stuck I'm usually seeing a drop in inches and it definitely helps keep me motivated.

My scale is decreasing by 0.1 right now...I've been at 190 since last Friday. Which by no means is a stall, but I'd like to see it go down a bit. I'm really hoping for the 180s tomorrow for my weight loss challenge weigh in.

I hope everyone has a great low carb warrior day!!!

Morning All

new Warriors!! (to quote bmac)

bmac: Maybe a 1000 squats a day might find it again??? It ain't all fat right??? There has to be some remnants of my gluteus maximus there somewhere???

Fingers crossed that Wed or Thurs will be my 80 pounds lost day!
I'm really looking forward to that. Then 1 more pound to hit my wedding weight at 27 yrs old. Wow, can't believe I'm almost down to that.
149.4 this morning. Then just 10 to goal. Finally! Sept 16 will be my year anniversary but I won't hit my goal before then. I can't believe I couldn't lose 90 pounds in a whole year whereas I thought I could knock it off in 9 or 10 months. Oh well, the important thing is staying on plan, not going off for ANY reason and it will go, albeit slower than I would have liked but it's almost all gone so there you go!!!!

Great scale day to you all and/or some wonderful
NSV in your day today!

Question: Do any of you get that nasty keto breath? No matter how hard I try...flossing, brushing and mouthwash, my breath is still pretty offensive.

Good morning!

My weigh in did NOT go well. I gained. I'm pretty mad at myself for letting that happen so early into induction. I guess I'm going to have to accept that alcohol isn't going to be my friend for awhile! Of course, my boyfriend and I are going to see Dierks Bentley (are any of you country fans??) in Vermont this weekend, so obviously it would be nice to have a few cold ones, but I guess that's just not in the cards. I feel so defeated. I've been shopping, cooking, planning and it just feels like it's been for nothing all because of a few beers at a baseball game. I expected the scale to have stayed the same, but I wasn't expecting a gain.

I'm going to go eat some quiche and try to rally my spirits.

I hope you all have a better morning than me!
