Good Thursday Morning Everybody & Happy May Day!!

reptogirl -- I use International Delight Sugar Free Hazelnut Cream. Here is the ingredient list: Non-Dairy Product Ingredients: Water, Palm Oil, Corn Syrup**, Contains 2% Or Less Of Each Of The Following Ingredients: Maltodextrin, Sodium Caseinate* (A Milk Derivative), Dipotassium Phosphate, Sodium Stearoyl Lactylate, Mono And Diglycerides, Polysorbate 60, Carrageenan, Sucralose, Cellulose Gel, Cellulose Gum, Acesulfame Potassium, Natural And Artificial Flavors. *Sodium Caseinate Is Not A Source Of Lactose. **Adds A Trivial Amount Of Sugar.

Gees thanks for ruining my love of Hazelnut cream -- j/k !!

I didn't even KNOW it had Corn Syrup in it!! But it doesn't seem to be affecting me since I've been using 4 T. a day since I started this. You'd be better off using heavy cream in your coffee. I don't do dairy, hence the reason I don't use heavy cream. I'd probably be better off using half and half, same amount of kcals as my ID creamer but 1/2 the carbs. But I don't wanna lower my carbs I need to INCREASE them! **huge sigh**

jblanken -- I think we all need the reminder about the kcals. In theory, what Dr. A wanted us to do was lower our calories. The most important thing is A '72 is not about kcals it's about carbs with the understanding that low carbs makes us less hungry = less kcals we will eat. It's the "appetite suppressant" effect of being in ketosis that's really remarkable when you go low carb!! That's why it works for me and for all of us committed to this LC WOE.

I'm still struggling with finding my balance between daily kcals/carbs because I don't want to mess up whatever accomplished so far and I REFUSE to REGAIN!!

Last10 -- I'm cheering you on over here about your last 10. You are so spot on about being committed -- attitude is everything and I know you can do this! Look what you've accomplished so far!!

DlaneyLynn -- Your meatzza recipe is one I used years ago and we use to call it the LC pizza! OMG is it yummy!!!

SlimWithin26 -- Congrats on walking away from the choc'late!!!

Maltitol, xylitol, and sorbitol are sugar alcohols. However, they aren't actually sugar or alcohol. Sugar alcohols are a type of carbohydrates called "polyols". Part of their chemical structure resembles sugar, and part of it resembles alcohol -- hence the confusing name. Examples of common sugar alcohols are maltitol, sorbitol, isomalt, and xylitol. You find them in sugar free candies, gum, etc. Some people metabolize them as carbs -- lots of LC WOE people and diabetics avoid them like any other carb because they can cause bloating as well as cravings for other carbs and even stall your progress.

glidergirl -- I am so glad you and your home are safe. Keep us posted on that!! (Saying prayers for you, your family and everyone else affected by this weather!)

CONGRATS on the Bad Breath!! Only here are we pleased with LC bad breath LOL!!

betterthanever -- Did you hear about Taco Bells confession about their "meat" not being 100% beef?? Hence my level of paranoia -- justified yes.

Never sacrifice your well being or health (mental or physical) on this LC WOE by lowering your kcals, you really don't have to because remember the golden A '72 rule = Eat/Drink when Hungry/Thirsty. You will lose the weight! I've done it a ga-zillion times before without a care about the kcals and I've lost tons of weight.

Wishing all of us continued success on our personal LC WOE journeys!!

Have a wonderful Thursday Everybody!!!

A new month!!! I went ahead and weighed since it is May 1st, I am back down to my weight on the 24th which was 320.6, so I ended up losing 12.6 my first month, mom ended up losing 20.4!!!!! She now weighs 242.

I found the most amazing drink called sparkling ice-it's flavored carbonated water, zero cal, zero carbs for serving-all different flavors-kinda addicted to them now

Well back to the house for me, will be there alone for awhile, mom has to take my sister to a denist appt out of town, so having them drop me off first.

P.s. My body hurts, and sorts of allergens at the house-my body is fighting a sinus infection

It's true--I'm down a pound! Hurray! It's been at least 2 weeks since I've lost anything, and it felt like forever! It feels so good to be back in ketosis again. And no dinners out planned, so I'm safe staying here!
Honestly, I almost never feel hungry. If I do, I eat. But I have simply lost any appetite. I eat breakfast and lunch because I feel I'm supposed to. Sometimes by mid-afternoon I start to feel a little hungry, but I always have something planned to eat for right after school. I think it has been helpful for me to eat 4-5 times a day, although each time it's pretty small.
Off to the dentist for some major work, so who knows what I'll be able to eat later today! Do we have any kind of liquid food that's good for induction?

I call the Oopsies made Bertha's way, Boopsies!

BTW, I couldn't figure out why I couldn't post to the old thread. Finally looked for a new one.

I made more Bloopsies yesterday and I used more whites and they puffed up alot btter.I threw awasy two tolks though. And I hate doing that. Maybe I'll keep them in a little water in the fridge and use them for something else later?

REPTO
My favorite ICE is Rasberry! I have one called Fit N Active favorite is Cranberry.Zero everythinglIt's not carbonated and I like it better than carbonated for some reason.

Berta, it was my spell checker and didn't notice it put Bertha instead of Berta. Just like yours prob put Bloopsie instead of "Boopsie". My spell check puts weird words sometimes!
I remember picking wild flowers (in Montana where I'm from, we had lots), on May Day, and giving them to people.

Wouldn't an egg powdered protein be ok for induction liquid meal? I used what I had already before I started LC. A chocolate whey protein, that had more carbs than I wanted, so I just used a little.

I'm not down any today, but I know I'm doing ok. I should be off "newbie status" today, so hopefully will be able to PM, post photos, and add a signature soon!

Happy May Day All!

Not a problem my friend.Boy this certainly is slow losing isn't it? But then we didn't put it on over night. And this plan has no ending, so we need to find what we enjoy and go with that within the LC limit.

I would have been down more if I had not made so many mistakes at the first. I am still going to try to limit carbs to 20-25 a day. I am lowering my calories as IMO I was eating way to much. Are you counting net carbs? I have been although I know many say they don't.

I remember we would put the basket of flowers on the peoples door knob, knock and then run away and hide, then watch them and see the smiles when they went to the door.SO much fun

Old thread closed

Guess we must of reached the thread limit; can't remember what the magic # is but it's happened several times with the food porn threads
For the jello lovers in the crowd, Mthergoos had posted a go to dessert recipe (can't remember which thread). From what I remember, you took cream cheese & formed a small ball & dipped it in jello powder. They you put them in the fridge to cool for awhile. Perhaps Mthergoo can pipe in?
Still haven't found any whoopie pans & I missed a chance at snapping up a silicone pan liner to make the oopsie easier.
Just Jo: some of the books you quoted I had no idea Atkin had out. Where did you find them all?
Have been eating a lot of eggs, salad, meat & the occasional protein shake at work. Luckily for me, there is someone else very conscious of what he eats so I don't get too many odd looks until I open the sardines
Are those keto sticks actually helpful or just an exercise in frustration? Just asking....

Repto: You and your mom are hitting it out of the park! WTG!!

CdnPaleoGuy: I hear you about the sardines. I love kipper snacks. My family does not, though! LOL!

Michelle: Yay for Davyd!!! You will drop too.

Repto and Berta: Are you getting these drinks at Aldi? Isn't 'Fit n Active' one of their brands? If you are, get some of their uncured bacon. YUM, YUM! I am so hooked.

Berta: I think I am having the same problem as you. I think my calories went too high. My fat was really low, so I tried to bump that up, but I suspect I went too far. Once I figure out what works for my body, I am sure my body will change. Ha ha!

BTW, Berta: Do you remember which file address you cut and paste for your ticker? I tried to do one earlier today, and I couldn't get it to work.

Betterthanever: One pound in the right direction! WTG!

Jo: That's too bad about your creamer. Maybe some SF DiVinci's and HWC?

I should come at about 10 -12 carbs today and much lower fat than I have been doing. Maybe, I'll be doing the happy dance in the morning.

Have a great evening everyone!

The drink I was talking about is not sold at Aldis, it is called sparkling ice, I found them at speedway gas station, but when I looked them up Kroger and dollar general sells them too, in my area.

They are the most amazing things ever.

But yup fit n active is aldi brand..
But I'm not a fan of those flavor packets, I think over the years of dieting I burnt myself out on them.

Sparkling ICE is at WAlMart Fit N active is at Aldis and it comes in a bottle. The kind I buy does anyway. GOOOOOD

Paleo
I think ketos are worthless.I still am not in ketosis I was twice in two weeks small and mod one time. But no hunger so I am not to concerned about it.
Have you seen or heard of the Breath anylyser for Ketones? I saw it online somewhere but it is suppose to be much more accurate than the sticks. But it's like 99.00

MOgirl
I buy Osacr Mayer uncured minimally processed no nitrate or nitrites at WalMart.Haven't looked at Aldis I will look next time I am there as I know that will be cheaper than 5.00 a pkg.

As for the ticker it is TickerFactory and when you get to the last pg. highlight the bottom of the first window.. But not all of it just from the Ticker to the pgn andnow more. Then copy & paste it to your signature.Hope this works for you.

Michelle
Tell Davy we are proud of him. Have you fixed him the REV.Roll french toast yet? I had it again this morning with my bacon & SF syrup. Now that I am in OWL I MIGHT try SF JELLY.

I made some more and added five whites and three yolks and seems they stayed more puffy? Maybe it's just me.Trouble is they fall after they cool off. Try making him some cheese crackers I love them. cut the zero carb cheese into squares and put on parchment paper in oven with about 1-2 in apart and cook until bubbly let cool and PRESTO cheese carckers. Nice and crunchy. It takes 2 min in my microwave but they can vary just watch them close!I eat them with my zerr carb Hormel minimally processed no MSG Salami

Sounds like everyone is doing great. That is so encouraging. I have to give props to jj and those of you who manage to write a little something to everyone. I don't see how you do it, but maybe that because I'm on a phone not a computer. I'll just give a "good job" to everybody.

I feel if the wagon big time tonight. I am full of anxiety because my son and parents, the three people I love most in the world are leaving together for a road trip tomorrow. I'm already lonely and I work at a job where I see/hear about a lot of car accidents so I think I worry more than most. But tomorrow is another day and I'll get right back on track. Have a great night!

Good Friday Morning, Everybody!

reptogirl -- Congrats to both you and mom on the weight loss! Both of you are rockin' this thing!! I'm going to have to go check out the sparkling ice -- sounds yummy!

betterthanever -- Congrats on that pound -- it's one pound closer to your personal goal weight!!

About eating breakfast and lunch, you don't have to if you're NOT hungry (Dr A said Eat/Drink when Hungry/Thirsty). I only eat one time a day right after school (NLT 4:30 - 4:45)

glidergirl -- That's why I started the new thread, they locked it for some reason, have no idea why...too many post?

berta -- Don't toss out your yolks, freeze 'em and use them in something else. This info is from the Iowa Egg Council:

Freezing Egg Yolks

Egg yolks require special treatment. The gelation property (action or process of freezing) of yolk causes it to thicken or gel when frozen. If frozen as is, egg yolk will eventually become so gelatinous it will be almost impossible to use in a recipe. To help this gelation, beat in either 1/8 teaspoon salt or 1 1/2 teaspoons sugar or corn syrup per 1/4 cup egg yolks (4 yolks). Label the container with the number or yolks, the date, and whether you've added salt (for main dishes) or sweetener (for baking or desserts).

Thawing Frozen Egg Yolks

Thaw frozen egg yolks overnight in the refrigerator or under running cold water. Use yolks as soon as they're thawed. Substitute 1 tablespoon thawed egg yolk for 1 large fresh egg yolk.

michelle -- AMAZING about Davyd!!! Tell him we are here cheering him on!!!

CdnPaleoGuy -- About the Atkins quotes -- I had the A '72 one but someone gave me the others to help me explain my WOE since I count kcals as religiously as carbs. Not that I have to explain my LC WOE to anyone -- but ppl say that Atkins was all about the carbs... yes and no... with the understanding that kcals play a significant role in how much we can lose.

Keto-stix, I've used them once back in '78 when I first did Atkins -- haven't used them since it's just ONE MORE thing to stress over, like the scale isn't evil enough. I've lost weight without using them since...many people have.

mogirlinnc -- No worries about my ID creamer!! I've been using it since I started this back in July, hasn't affected me at all. But I think I may switch to half and half or HWC which doesn't have all the chemicals because I get plenty of those in my beloved DaVinci Sugar Free Syrups!

DlaneyLynn -- Good 'tude about getting right back on track -- we're LOSERS but we ain't Quitters!! Will keep your family in my prayers as they adventure out on their road trip!!

Hope everyone has a wonderful Friday!!

Jo =]

Wishing all of us continued success on our personal LC WOE journeys!!

Hi Everyone!!!! Hope you all woke up a lb lighter!!! I, unfortunately, did not. Really starting to get frustrated, which is not like me. Normally, I take it pretty good and always know that I am gonna lose the weight eventually. But, I have been stuck at 204 for like a week. I just so not understand what is going on. I eat the same way I have been eating for the last 2 1/2 months. not giving up, of course, just annoyed!!!

Just Jo- Thank you for making a new thread!! Also want to thank you for all the kind words you have for everyone every day!! Look forward to your daily post!

DLaney- Way to get back to it!! We all have our oops moments, but, you realized what you did and you are going to fix it Proud of you, girl!!!!

Repto- you and your mom are doing so good!! 12 lbs in a month is awesome!!! And tell your mom that she is doing super

Berta- I posted on the other thread, thanking you for posting that recipe Did not know if you saw it or not, but wanted to make sure you got a big thanks you from me No, i have not made it yet, but will probably try it next week. Will let you know how Davyd likes it.

mogirl- Happy dance this morning?

Better- Congrats!!!!! Losing a lb is sometimes like winning the lottery!!

Paleo- I have never used those stix I agree with Just Jo.....we are already stressing about the lbs, no need to worry about if a stick is purple or not!

Ok, Davyd got up this morning and was down again, to 122!!!!! So very proud of him!!! That is 6 lbs since monday!!!! And he really has not complained much....except he wants ice cream and pizza....his 2 favorite foods!

Have a good day all!!

Good Morning LCBuds
OK I want to know who has stolen the whoosh fairy? And who lost a lb today? BECAUSE I FOUND IT

Bot this WOE is sure frustrating. My scales are new so it's me not them.Broke my promiseto myself aabout weighing everyday. But I really am going to try to wait for a week. The only thing I ate sifferent yesterday were sdome Pizza Hut parmesan garlic chicken wings un breaded. But I won't be eating them again I last night and got rid of them.I ate 6 of them, So that would be 3 wings as they are in two pieces.NO MORE they really made me ill.

I have lost a few inches though. So my book says the tape measure is a better friend than the scales

Michelle I saw your thank you.Thank you

Thank you all for the support! Those days just happen and learning to roll with them instead of letting them cause me to give up completely is a big part of transformation.
Surprisingly, I am not starving or having cravings today. I thought I would be going through carb overload hell, but it feels just like a good low carb day. Not that I'm complaining! I have a long 13 hour day today , but baked a free range chicken last night and brought half of that for lunch and dinner and one of my co-workers brought me a dozen of eggs from her free range chickens that I can eat on too.

Berta - that scale can be our worst enemy. My goal this month is to stay off it completely. Some people need to monitor it daily, but for me it is just a stumbling block. So many things can cause us to fluctuate, but I don't believe actual fat can be lost and gained so quickly from day to day, so how accurate is it really?

Michelle - So excited for Davyd. He must be feeling sky high right now. There is no better feeling than seeing our kids happy. We talked briefly on the closed thread about meatzza. I wonder if that would be a good pizza alternative for Davyd. My son prefers it to regular pizza, but he doesn't like bread. You might give it a try. It's so delicious!

I wanted to share something I do when I cook the oopsie/woopsies that keeps them from sticking. I just use a sheet of tin foil. I oil or butter it and cook the rolls on it. I just put the foil in the oven rather than covering a pan with it. My oopsies are thick enough that they don't run off. Anyhow, after they are done, the foil cools quickly and I am able to just peel it off of the oopsie without any sticking and the bottom is nice and buttery.

Yes Iam going to try to stay off the scales until next Thursday but we'll see I am addicted.

I use parchment paper for my Rev/Oopsie rolls. Love that stuff. No sticking!

Good Saturday Morning, Everbody!

Holy Hannah, we only have 20 more days of school left -- our last day is the 23rd. Where has the time gone??

michelle -- awww shucks, girl -- thanks for the kind words! If you're eating clean (i.e., following the plan) michelle, you will see results!!

Tell Davyd we are so proud of him -- how many pounds does he still want/need to lose?

Berta -- No one says you can't weigh everyday -- if you're following your LC WOE plan -- the pounds will come off. I'd go crazy if I didn't weigh everyday, but that's just me. It almost killed me when I want on vacation during Spring Break and couldn't weigh for 3 days. I'm gonna be a basket case at the end of June when I go to Florida for a week...

You come up with the most interesting recipes. I just copied and pasted that one to my LC Recipe Folder. Figure one day I may try some of these and yes post the other recipes!!!

Here's one you may enjoy:

LOW CARB ORANGE CREAM CHEESECAKE

1 box sugar free orange Jello
1/2 cup boiling water

1 cup heavy cream

16 ounces cream cheese, softened

In a small bowl, dissolve the Jello in the boiling water, stirring 1 min or 2. In a small bowl, whip the cream until stiff. In a medium bowl, using the same beaters used for the cream, beat the cream cheese until fluffy. Gradually add tiny bits of the still liquid Jello to the cream cheese, beating well after each addition. If you add the liquid too quickly, you'll end up with a curdled mess. Gently fold in the whipped cream. Spread the mixture in a 10-inch glass pie plate; chill till set, several hours.
Makes 8 servings
Do not freeze

Per Serving: 304 Calories; 31g Fat; 6g Protein; 3g Carbohydrate; 0g Dietary Fiber

Maple Vanilla Cheesecake: Use unflavored gelatin and adding vanilla and a couple drops of maple extract.

I think the possibilities are endless -- I can see making a lemon cheesecake!!

Enjoy!

DlaneyLynn -- Sounds like you are really getting the hang of this WOE. I know for a fact that you don't need to weigh everyday as long as you're following the plan then you'll see the results.

Have a super terrific Saturday, everybody!!

Saturday 03 May

Morning All,
Seems everyone is on the straight & narrow. I haven't had much luck with aluminum foil when making the revolution rolls. Guess I should have bought one of those silicone pan liners when I saw them on sale.
Some tasty recipes popping up; thankfully I'm NOT a dessert guy or I would be giving them a try. The meatzza is another story
I'm not going to bother with the keto sticks. I was hoping to link up with someone at a pot luck that has a blood meter that checks keto levels but he never shows up at events that he's marked as attending
Just Jo: kcals = calories??? I don't even consider them.
I've been avoiding the scale for the past few weeks too. Perhaps this afternoon if we make it to the gym. Doesn't Atkins suggest both scale & measuring for those days when the scale isn't reporting a loss?
Out the door in another 11/2 with the youngster: cadets have a fund raising event. 137km split amongst them. Should be interesting. Followed by a pot-luck that the parents are suppose to provide.
Check in later; have a great Saturday

Good Morning All!!

So, I am still at 204..... I know the lbs will drop eventually, but, it gets frustrating! The good news is that I can fit into all my size 14's and some of them are not even tight I also fit into a size x-large in shirts, pants, and jammies. Have always had to get a 2xl for shirts, because I am so busty ......so am pretty stoked about that!!

Davyd is at his dad's this weekend. I am totally nervous about this!! His dad is not the best person for Davyd to be around when it comes to eating the right way. I made a list of foods that Davyd can have, so, I am hoping that his dad will follow the list He says he is going to, but, who knows
But, Davyd does know (mostly) what he is allowed to eat. He weighed 128 when we started.....as of Friday he was down to 122 and I think I would like him to get down to about 110-115. He is almost 5 feet tall, and the "ideal" weight for that size is 97-123, so, I am thinking that because he is such a big kid, that 110-115 would be a good weight for him He asked me the other day if when he gets off this "diet" can he eat ice cream and pizza again. I told him that he will always have to eat like this until he gets older. He was ok with that, as long as he could have ice cream. I told him that if loses 3 more lbs, that I will take him and get him a small ice cream. He was perfectly happy with that answer I understand that he should not have ice cream, but, that and pizza are the only things he totally misses, and he has been such a good sport thru all of this. I figure it might slow his weight loss a little, but, he is a kid! I started reading him the post that you all have sent to him! He LOVES them! He is so proud that you all care about him and acknowledge him. Thank you so much for that

Ok, so, found this little button and just have to use it! This is totally me..... Lol, love it!!

KK, thanks everyone for being you and I can not wait to hear all of your progress stories today! Have a fabulous Saturday!!

Good Morning Gang
HAPPY SATURDAY I am a bit down this a.m. I was up to 244 today NOT CHANGING THAT TICKER EITHER!

I ate yesterday....
4bacon 2 eggs
some coconut crack very tiny piece(not crazy about it)
some Oscar Mayer uncured minimally processed no nitrates or nitires no sugar or MSG deli meat about 5 very thin slices.
Morell Mushrooms fried in butter no breading.I ate about 4 oz of them
And up 1 lb today and one lb yesterday .I am going the wrong directions here folks.

I lowered my amount of food I am eating. Honestly I am not hungry so I just don't eat. Should I start eating again? Should I just have one day of lots & lots of fat? I still am not eating any veggies. Mostly meat, eggs, fats& some cheese and pork rinds. Drinking as thirsty ( that is what the book says to do)

I just don't know what to do. Everyone says if you stick to plan you will loose. Am I the weird duck in the pond or what?

Jo
I tried not to weigh as it is discouraging and it makes me feel like quitting. I feel if it isn't working for me then what's the use.BUT I know I have to keep it up. It's not even been 3 weeks yet. So I have to keep working at it till I find what works for MY body(sigh)I just don't know what to do.You and the others here are doing amazing and here I am treading waaaay behind and still sticking with Induction even though I am in OWL I probably will continue weighing every day that is just me I also realize we are all different and will losse at different rates but geeeeze.

Also on the recipes I am on the Internet searching every night and on FB and other LC sites. I have Dana Carpendar(sp) CookBooks and George Stellas also. Was it the other pizza recipe you wanted me to post? Maybe We should start an Atkins LC recipe thread???

Michelle
Did you see the pizza recipe I posted? If you let him eat pizza let him eat healthy pizza JMO and none of business at all Also the soft serve ice cream recipe I posted is wonderful I PROMISE!

I know my first month of the WOE, I was stuck at a certain weight for a few weeks, but, my clothes were fitting way better. Even this week, when I was stuck at 204, I finally got into a smaller size. Please do not give up!!!! You are worth this!!!

Mothergoose- It was nice hearing from you!!! Have not seen you in awhile!! Missed your wisdom!!!

Ok, just wanted to tell you all the good 1 lb loss.....I am excited!!!!

Good Saturday Afternoon Everbody!

Yep I've already posted once today, but I had nothing better to do so I decided to come check out you people!

CdnPaleoGuy = okay as of today, Imma shortening your name to CPGuy, hope you don't mind.

kcalories (kcals) is what you see on the nutrition facts labels and what you burn (called Calories, with a capital "C"). kcals is equivalent to 1,000 calories (calories with a small c). So when it comes to food, kcals (Calories) are what you really deal with.

I know you don't count 'em, but I do

michelle -- Let's go the reverse and see the positive instead of seeing what hasn't happened.
# 1: You have LOST 23 lbs!! That's huge!
#2: You can fit in those size 14s!!

So let's stay focused remember the VICTORIES -- cause you are going to kick butt since you are staying on plan!!

Keeping my fingers crossed that Davyd's dad follows with the plan -- cause it benefits Davyd's health and more importantly, his self-esteem!!

Berta -- Sounds like to me you are getting a bit anxious & frustrated with this LC WOE.

Since you've been sharing in the last couple of posts, I observe with your WOE is that you don't know how much you've eaten or you haven't/don't share all the amounts with us. I understand that you're doing A '92 and the rules are different from A '72. But here are my observation:

You had Pizza Hut parmesan garlic chicken wings (how many? 2 wings = 1 carb)

4 oz of morel mushrooms has 5.8 carb grams. You said about, did you not weigh them or did you just "eye ball" them? Cause a scale works better than our best guess.

The coconut bark contains 2 T. unsweetened cocoa = 6.3 carb grams. Did you weigh how much you had there?

The carbs add up and they add up quickly if we are unaware of the amount of food we eat. You don't have to count kcals but you should know exactly how many carbs you are eating each day. If you aren't already, you should be keeping a very accurate food log with amounts (get a food scale if you don't have one) and number of carbs. Because no matter what LC WOE you are following, number of daily carbs you eat each day is very important or this won't work at all.

And what MG said, she knows what she's talking about -- her results speak for themselves!

This is up to you, you make the food choices and if you're following the plan (be it A '92 or '72) you will see results. Good luck, Berta!!

MG -- Good to see you, girlie!! I've missed you!!

Jo =]

Wishing all of us continued success on our personal LC WOE journeys!!

I will be joining everyone on '72 on Monday! I am currently low carbing but with my extremely slow losses, I am going to jump on board to see if this will get me moving along a little better. I know this is not a sprint to the finish, but I think if I go down to the basics I might discover something in my foods list that was holding me back. I think getting rid of the cream cheese and cottage cheese will be the worst for me, since I don't like any other cheese. Thanks Just Jo for inviting me over and MtherGoos for answering some questions that I had.
