My weight is stalled, I dont know why.. Can someone help? :)

Ok so, Im on my 5th week of atkins. 14 pounds down. i started at 238 and now down to 224. I weighed yesterday and my weight was 224. Today i weighed and it was 225. :dunno: my weight loss is being stalled. i have been stuck on 224 for a week or more!
Breakfast- An egg and 2 pieces of bacen < 1 carb
Lunch- Two lettuce wraps, Turkey or chicken, cheese, mayo and hot sauce.<2-4 carbs
Dinner- Any type of meat with a handful of veggies. Also a boiled egg.
I drink up to 12 cups a water a day. My major question is, should I work out? Some people are saying do it, some are saying No, wait. :dunno: I was working out and i did loose a little then i went into this stall. I was walking 45-60 minutes a aday. My ketosis strips still say im in ketosis.Lately I have had a couple jello cups with whipped topping. I know that can stall. Also celery with a little cream cheese. So whats going on?

Hey Cadet go back to your other thread about feeling hopeless. Some of us have posted there. :)

Cadet, it's totally normal. Your body needs time to stabilize sometimes and then your weight will start dropping again. The most important thing is stay consistent and patient. If you give up now, or have a cheat, you will only set yourself back. Keep going and be very consistent. It will happen!

I agree with all the points MG stated above. Just make sure that you are sticking to your WOE plan religiously and you'll have results!
