Starting over, counting cheat days and exercise!

Well I don't know how I got here but sheesh, last year at this time I was on my way, doing great and then someone (that was jealous) put me down and I did a tailspin backwards...Why do I let people get to me? So lesson learned...I'm back on plan starting tomorrow morning. Drinking my water now to flush my system. Why do I always start before Thanksgiving LOL

Welcome back, sweetpea!! Was it someone here on the boards or in real life? Hey, we're emotional people and for some of us, it doesn't take much to do us in. :o Speaking from experience.

Thanks, no it was somebody I know...when I think where I'd be right now smh!

Anyway working my way back: I weighed in YIKES 238...Today I just ate some protein and fat to get myself back in the right frame of mind. I had 4 thin pork chops today,,,coffee with cream. I'll get my meals set up...no cheating!

I will only be using some cream in my coffee and I'll try to stay away from other dairy!

Day 1 cheat free :(

Poppies and I are beginning again, too. We found that we had done the first week all wrong (veggies other than just lettuce).

I'm beginning again tomorrow. The piddly amount of cream we get was the hardest for me because I  it in my coffee. Enter Bulletproof Coffee, where coconut oil and butter makes up the difference. Oh, and Greek yogurt. I lurve Greek yogurt. But, it'll come back eventually.

Good job on the cheat free day!

:welcome: Sweetpea!!!

You can do this! Don't look back at what you could have done anymore! Just look at where you are going NOW!

Vanilla_Latte: How's it going today?

vanilla_latte 11-08-2013 12:48 PM

LadyN, it's going good. Not too difficult being I'm not having to go through any carb withdrawals! I'll post over in my (neglected) thread. :)
