Ello...a 72 log of sorts

I'm a long time lurker here! I have lost about 150 pounds with LCHF and alot of that was thanks to some of you guys and my silent stalking cababilites.

I'm at 154 today and I'd like to get back to my low of 133. I've done it ALL, JUDD, HCG, cabbage soup, even the controversial potato diet. All of it worked and all of it is great, but I just think I need something that is truely LC seeing as how I KNOW that's what works for me. And when it doesn't work for me, it's because I'm eating crap food. Even if it's LC, it's crap. (PB, crack, nuts, almond flour everything ext)

So, I think I'd like to finally speak up and journal my food here.

Yesterday I started 72 at 156.6 I ate:

a spinach omlet for breakfast with one ounce of cheese.
lunch was a double bacon cheeseburger with mayo only
Dinner was pork roast with 3 fried eggs.

This morning I was down 2.4 pounds!

Today I am having:
Spinach omlet for breakfast with one ounce of cheese
lunch was some taco meat on a cup of shredded lettuce with one ounce of cheese
dinner will be pork chops and a small salad.

I drink one diet pepsi a day (after lunch) and about 3/4 gal of water a day along with ALOT of coffee.

I'm really strict with the HWC in my coffee. I love it, but it does tend to stall me. Perhaps I was having too much so for now, only one tsp of HWC and butter in the coffee.

Congratulations on your 150 pound loss!!! I, too, have tried so many different diets. LCHF is the only one that doesn't make me feel....well....blah! I feel better without the carbs! Keep up the good work! You can do it!
