Glad you're back on track. Time to refresh and reaffirm.
That's so funny that we fell off the wagon around the same time...I kept thinking about you and Vanilla on the rightful path and that just made me feel worse, me with a piece of toast in my mouth! Miserable and addicted described how I felt perfectly.

All that matters is that we're back.

Today:

B- handful mixed nuts (walnuts, almonds and cashews) with butter, cinnamon and granulated Splenda (a very good application of that!), 1 cup Earl Grey tea with HWC and Splenda
L- pot roast, 1 cup buttered acorn squash and 1/2 c green beans
D- taco salad: ground beef, lettuce, Jack/mozzarella cheese, jalapeño slices, diced tomato/onion, guacamole, sour cream (soooooo good)
S- 1 cup EG tea with HWC and Splenda, 1 serving sunflower seeds

Carbs were sky-high today (between the nuts, acorn squash and other veggies), but this is the way I'm choosing to get into ketosis this time -- gradually, happily, without the shakes. Feeling good.

Today was very trying emotionally, proud I didn't cheat besides having 2 glasses of white wine.

B- scrambled eggs with mushrooms, tomato, garlic and jalapeño, 1 rasher bacon, coffee with HWC and Splenda
L- 1/2 beef skewer, tzatziki, broccoli and cauliflower
D- salmon carpaccio, beef carpacio, grilled zucchini/tomato, cherry tomato caprese salad (tiny bit), tons of olive oil, 2 glasses Pinot Grigio

Officially in ketosis since yesterday. Ate a couple of SF gum pieces and it didn't agree w/ me, rumbly belly.

SF gum always makes my belly rumble. It stinks, because sometimes, ya really just need a piece of gum.

I got a little blush of pink on my stix for the first time today. Looks like we're both on track again. Good job Phoebe!

Aggghh! I feel like I'm checking into rehab here. Travelling visiting friends, lost all willpower to Thai noodles and sweet potato fries.

Sitting here in my hotel room working eating an omelet and sausage. I'm back on the wagon! Want to feel good again + got a ton of adorable dresses on this trip I want to be able to look good in.
