Gaining Weight Please Help

Hi all,

Thank you for your time in advance.

I started back on Atkins 72' because it's worked so well for me before.
I started doing JUDDD and found it was too "free" for my binging urges so i am happily back to Atkins.

I have only been doing it for four days, but I have gained weight every day since going back to Atkins.

Day 1 - Day 4

breakfast
4 oz of grilled brisket
1 pork rib
1 cup of loose leaf lettuce.

Dinner
same as above

**** during yesterdays dinner, i did add a tablespoon of bleu cheese dressing

I'm not sure if i am not eating enough, but i do not feel hungry. ( reading the book and Dr. Atkins said to eat until full and not to over eat, i have not felt any hunger)

Your help or advice is much appreciated.

I know it's only been four days, but the last time i did Atkins i lost 10 lbs on induction.

I am 29, 5'4, and 151.4 lbs today.

Goal is to be back at 135 lbs

my guess is it's bowel contents from less fiber. just bear with it for awhile. *hug*

Too soon to worry about weight loss, imo.
I am not sure any has posted that they lost more on induction the second time around, seems to be more the rule than weight loss is more moderate. I am sure there are exceptions (as with everyone on this board), but sounds you may not be an exception.
Settle in for a good while and you'll lose the lbs.

I agree. Too soon to worry about weight loss. Just keep at it. :)
