I think my sister has a recording of my mom and dad from about 20 years ago. I will ask her. It would be on tape and I don't have one of those players any more. I know there is one somewhere of my Mom's, Mom and Dad..my grandparents. If I could find it I am sure my Mom would love to hear that.

I meant to say I ate a little bit more than a serving of the cheese dip. A serving is half a cup and it was two tab. over the serving. I just had to stand there and eat two more bites

I should not have ate it because it is processed. But it is what it is......

That was a few years ago.
They were so sweet. We only had a few growing in a pot.
My daughter was still young enough to get a real kick out of it.

I love Mayo. Had some to day with salmon and egg salad.

Tomorrow I take my Mom to get her teeth cleaned.
I really dread this. I will be holding her hand the whole time hoping she does not haul off and hit the dental hygienist
Mom is very sweet but she does get confused.

Eggs-2
Butter-3T
Salomon-30z
Mayo-2T
Pork ribs-4oz
Cream cheese clouds-3

Cal-1,274
Fat-110.9.........78%
Carb-4.7..........1%
Protein-60.5......20%

Protein is way higher than I like but I will try to adjust tomorrow.

Oh I forgot I will but 1 Tablespoon of SF BBq sauce on the ribs. Did not know how to plug that in.

If it is Walden's it is zero everything so you don't have to worry about it. I was getting Kraft in 2004. Can NOT find it anymore. But I have gotten my taste buds liking the Walden's now.
