Oh my, I sure hope you feel better soon ML!
I sure do enjoy beer but while on LC alcohol makes me so sick.
One half a glass of wine and I feel like I have had three.
The next day I feel hung over, achy, headache, tummy upset, (after a half a glass)!
I just can't do it.
My husband and I joke about it now.
We use to enjoy a glass of wine together in the evening.


The big hot fire out side in the cool air sounds so nice!
You must have had a wonderful time!

Thanks for asking ML,
I took her to the foot doctor today. It felt like I had to just about carry her in to the office. I think we are going to have to consider a wheelchair, it is getting too hard for her to walk around. I am sad to say that all the fight has gone out of her. She is very sweet but not her spunky old self anymore. Everyday a little more of her is gone. Dementia is awful!

Heather yes Dementia is awful. Don't forget if she falls, a broken hip would be much worse. Mama needed to use a cane and she refused. I got her a walker and she would have thrown it at me if she had had the strength. Mama was a very strong willed woman. My mama died sitting at her kitchen table. She would not let anything stop her from doing as she wanted to do. She called me that horrible night and she said she could not stop coughing. She got very scared and she was saying things that I can not remember then she dropped the phone. She was living in the youngest son's new trailer and the oldest lived within 50 feet of the trailer. I said go! He said why! I said RUN!NOW!

He said he looked in the little window and said, mamaw open the door. She was standing. He said she turned and sat at the table and stared at him. He kicked the door open and ran to her and she died in his arms. They both went to the floor. He was doing CPR on her when we walked in the door. I started doing the breathing part. But she was gone.....

My mama died Oct. 25th, 2004. A few minutes before midnight. She was 76. Her birthday is Dec. 20................................................ ...........................................

I am so happy this morning because I am back down to 192!!!
I have not been here since April 30th!!!
During this long stall I bounced up to as high as 200.
The next pound I lose will be virgin weight.
I am so relieved.
Ultimately I had to lower protein, raise fat and not eat too much.
I have a tendency to eat past full.
No more pound of bacon in the morning

I too was eating too much when on Induction. If I had read sooner in DANDR to lower protein and watch kcals,,,,well happy I finally did!

Heather I stop ASAP when I feel the least bit full. I never want to be a Carbage Disposal Again!

Now to get er-done!



I am going to redo the math at the site I use to see if I need to cut back a little more on kcals. I am pretty sure the less we weigh the less we need to eat. Boy this is hard work ant it!

ML yes it is still hot here. The feels like temp was in the 90's. Because of the humidity it doesn't feel like the temp so we go by the feels like temp. Hopefully it gets cold this winter last winter was not cold! I have been trackng again and have lost 3 lbs so far since yesterday. But that was on a midday 900 and dd im at 200 so far today.
