Thank you for posting it.
Those cream cheese clouds are good aren't they.
You wouldn't happen to know the stats on it would you? I have ate them but can't remember what is in them. I was wondering how many kcals are in them

Linda's flowers are so pretty!!!
Thanks ML
I do what my protein lower though.

The clouds are 70 cals, 7g fat, 1g carb, 1g protein each.
I made banana flavored. Used my SF banana syrup.

I do use fd...it took me a while to get used to it but now I have got it down.
I like how it records every thing so that I can find and enter my typical foods easily. I also like the pie chart of my percentages. What do you use ML?

The BBQ sauce I use is Guys Sugar free, I get the spicy one and it is the best SF one I have tried. I do love spicy!

To get the flowers I just googled "birthday flowers" and they popped up.
I am going to make myself post an other picture so that I don't forget how to do it. I think I have done it several different ways and that is why I am forgetting how to do it the next time.

you can also upload a pic to your album here , then when you click on it to see it , then right click on it and "view image"... copy that from your browser ( ends with .jpg) and paste that into the little popup that comes up when you click on the picture icon in the toolbar where you type message.

Thank you heather for the beautiful thought, and ML for your wishes. Heather the flowers made my day whic was really an awful day.

Only have time for a quick update. FIL back in hospital and critical. He was home one night and collapsed. He is on 3 blood pressure med to keep him going as well as a long list of other problems. When he was home it took 3 of us to care for him and it was impossible. If he gets out I think we will have yo consider a nursing facility. He is awake and actually asked for dinner and water.

Cathleen i have my first 2 cups of coffee with CO while I am on line with you. Love the pic as usual

Heather thanks for the hugs. I really need them. You are an expert now and I feel honored that my BD card was your first success.

Thinking of you all

Good morning folks!
I am working on something and would like your opinion.
I am thinking of dropping the egg whites from my scramble eggs in an effort to
up my fat and lower my protein.

Whites Have
3.6g protein
.05g fat

Yokes have
2.7g protein
4.5g fat

Have any of you tried this?
I really am going to hate to dump the whites.
Thanks

Sounds like a good idea. I have chosen to only have one egg when I have eggs... for the same reason. I am keeping my protein under 60 grams and that is still quite an adjustment for me. I am used to eating a whole chicken breast or cheeseburger without weighing it
... but now I am a miser with the protein.
Eggs do not cost that much, do not feel bad about the whites. Would a pet or an animal in the outside enjoy the white if you cooked it and put it out for them?

Cathleen hello

It takes 2 to 3 months to see the benefits, sleep being the result.
Keep taking it and don't give up hope. Please

How much mg. are you taking. Some may need a little bit more in the beginning. I did start out taking 5mg. But cut back to 2 to 3 mg. And please don't take over 5 because it could have the reverse effect. Have you read up on it?

It is GREAT to see you!

H. woke me early because he had to go to his doctor in Memphis. After getting up too early and then he had to sit and drive back traffic was bad he said, she made him appt. to see someone in Ortho....He has messed his shoulder up. We getting older and more things going bad

I had to go food shopping yesterday and I feel horrible still.
Getting in and out of the truck is no easy chore, even at my much loved lower weight. Last nigh every inch of my body was in pain
But I do feel better...

Well, I ate them....strange texture.
I think next time I should add cream, of course I cooked them in lots of butter.
I had three yokes and I am full.

Cathleen I find it so hard to control the protein and carbs at the same time!
Sometimes it's like,
OK, here is a stick of butter know I can eat that!
I have even resorted to eating the fat on the bacon and feeding the lean part to my cat.
That just feels kinda crazy to me.

I use to have to pull myself into it. WOW it was hard!
It is just getting in and out and in and out and in and out, that wore me out. It is a big truck. a Dodge Ram. Love my truck! H. put it in my name so he couldn't just up and trade her off. I bet he has had a thousand cars and trucks. The funniest ride we ever had was a Checker Cab. Back in the early 70's.

We had a convertible Chevy once, in the early 70's. WOW going down the interstate with my hair blowing in the wind at 70 miles an hour was a fun ride. I had a hook over the seat chair for our first born. He was one year old! He loved riding in that fast car! Can you imagine seeing that today!

Doc said it is probably a torn rotator cuff. My right one is same way. Have to baby it or boy the pain is horrible.
